Everything available was just perfect. Our room was very clean very nice This was our first time staying at this hotel normally we stay a little bit further away we will definitely be back. The hotel is very clean. The lobby is very clean and bright nice to walk into and the staff is very pleasant. Thank you.

All the food was perfect. What you offered for a breakfast is a wonderful selection, but the food was not very hot. It was warm to eat, and the coffee is very good, but not very hot. Not very warm. The coffee needs to be nice and hot in the morning otherwise everything was perfect.

From the moment we walked in, Josh, the manager at the front desk was warm and welcoming. He quickly got us checked in and helped me register for the Bonvoy program so that we can earn points for future stays. Josh also shared about the indoor pool/gym hours and when the breakfast bar would be open. While they were unable to provide the typical continental breakfast due to kitchen issues, the staff provided plenty of pre-packaged items (yogurts, bagels, muffins, sausages, etc). The coffee was good too.

For a King bed, there were only 4 small square pillows. However, that is a “first world” problem and everything else was more than satisfactory. We didn’t hate the amazing mountain view from the 5th floor ; )

Cleanish and the staff was amazing

We found a bra behind the couch, my daughter who stayed in another room had to change rooms bc of a broken bed, and the other daughter had a broken shower rod. Had to wait for the pool to open which wasn’t a big deal but it was an half hour later than they said and when you have littles that’s a long time to wait.

The check in process. Something was wrong with the room key maker and the receptionist had to made them in another room. Then I had to come back to the front desk and have another key made for my husband because only one was made.

Josh, the clerk on duty at check-in, was extremely helpful in getting us the right room for our party. We had several other requests throughout the evening that he handled quickly and efficiently. The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast area was always well stocked and the food was good.

The bathroom sink had a ring of black mold around the drain and only a partial roll of toilet paper. Overall a good stay.

The bed was very comfortable!! The pool also was very clean and was a nice way to end the day after walking around the town all day. it was relaxing. The front desk was so very helpful on places to visit and see. super nice and welcoming. receptionist was the best and really knew how to make you feel at home even at a hotel.

The hot tub had too much chlorine. my eyes burned after maybe five minutes. I could feel sand or dirt under my feet and the.l bottom on one spot felt broken. Very green too.

A rather unique suite design that made the most of the space available. Whomever prepares the breakfast should go on the road teaching other hotel cooks how to prepare scrabbled eggs! the best I've ever had in any hotel - and in most restaurants.

As seniors, we need night lights in the rest room. We carry one with us, but there was no outlet in the actual toilet room. This is something that should be considered in future designs.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel was very nice, it was clean, and the pool and hot tub were the best. But what stood out to us was the very sweet employee Jerimah not spelled if spelled right. He is the best

It was a great stop for us in a good location. The staff was friendly; everything was clean and the room was very spacious. The view was spectacular and breakfast was good too.

Tried to print tickets from the computer in motel when I asked why it wouldn't print front desks answer was I don't know. Not real helpful with the situation
