Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable and roomy. It was in an ideal location for us; parking was very good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, but nothing special. Just typical breakfast items.

The hotel advertised "every other day" housekeeping, but when I called to ask why our room hadn't been serviced, I was told that housekeeping was every 3 days. The front desk did send clean towels and dumped our trash after I requested this. While I don't mind not having housekeeping every day, I think "every 3 days" is not enough.

Room was nice and clean with wonderful amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they had coffee in the lobby in the afternoon and evening also. The bathrooms were beautiful with modern fixtures and the step in shower with glass doors was heaven. The room temperature was perfect.

I was surprised they didn’t freshen my room at all, even though I was only there for 2 nights. The mattress was a pillow top and I prefer a firm mattress. They thought all the mattress es were pillow top.

The room was big and spacious, and it was a great location, it had everything around and within walking distance if you wanted to walk. We had a lot of luggage with us and it all fit in the room comfortably.

The bathtub, we actually got a handicap accessible room (not requested) and there was a high step into the bathtub which was hard.

Wends was great, she checked us in and very professional. I did not get the name of the lady who checked us out but she was pleasant and professional as well.

Only thing I would recommend but was not unhappy about, cups in the bathrooms would be nice.

Love this location been coming here on a daily basis for the past few months. Great amount of parking for bigger vehicles (semi trucks) Very safe and clean location! Ask the front desk worker about the local discounts for local restaurants.

I wish hotels on booking.com listed the cost of their pet fees. We traveled with our pet and the pet fee at Hampton Inn was $75. If I'd known, I would have chosen a different place to stay.

We loved so many things about our stay. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, and everything was very clean. Also, the location is conveniently located near the highway, but you'd never know it inside the hotel. It was very quiet inside.

Excellent location, with ample, well lit parking. Modern comfortable room and facilities.

The shower had some substantial black mildew that we made them aware of and could have been easily replaced while we were out. But it wasn’t addressed.

Front desk staff were amazing and so accommodating. When we initially checked in we were welcomed with a big smile and she was so sweet and interactive.

The mattress was a bit firm but still comfortable to sleep on. The biscuits this morning were a bit more firm than we like but we used mini pancakes and it still tasted good. Everything else we had for breakfast was awesome and tasted so well.
