They are doing a lot of upgrades to the property. There was a gym area in progress, a restaurant that just opened. It was nice. The staff was super nice and helpful for anything we needed.

It was really cold so when we turned the heat on it made the humidity in the room horrible, there was condensation all over the floors like someone just showered, the only concern would be the mold that could spur from that.

Ease of finding the hotel. check in /out easy. Size of room was large, made for good play area with our toddler.

At check in didn't know I'd the room was clean but still gave keys so we could check. Room was on 2nd floor & spouse has trouble with steps. The floor near & under the beds was not very clean, spider webs & dust/hairballs.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner put out good cold air. And it was also quiet. No bothersome loud noises of any kind. Also the staff were very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Had to skip the breakfast since Tudor's Biscuit World across town was one of my objectives.

The app always assumes you want to stay the NEXT day. Unless you keep your eye on the dates you could have trouble when you show up a day early.

The only issue was to extend my stay without a price change during my original stay , but technically it's a new transaction and it would be helpful if I knew that in advance

The staff was excellent and friendly.

The weather was chilly but there was no blanket for the bed. Also, the bedspread was no heavier than a sheet. Had to keep the heat on high constantly. It made a lot of noise. I could hardly hear the TV. Plus it was hard to sleep with all that noise.

Great location, room was nice, easy access, the guy who works at nice is super friendly and very sweet. Overall it was a great stay.

There is a lady who works days. She was never nice to me which I found very weird because she was nice to my partner I didn't like that at all.

The service was very nice clean hotel not far from Eldora i stay here every year

Sherry was AWESOME! At check in I had a special request, and she made it happen! She was out at the desk each time I walked by. Nice motel, great price, and it was clean! PS. Give Sherry a raise, she deserves it :-)

Ice machine was kind of noisy, but that is anywhere you go.
