My son (4yrs old) is staying at the long term rehabilitation center .5 miles from hotel. Bc I am a single mother with 2 other children and a dog I was in a bind. Luckily we found holiday Inn express. And it's so close the the hospital.! It's working out so far. My kids (teens)feel safe if they need to stay to do online school work. And I feel safe leaving them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. took the time to go on map quest and print out step by step directions bc my cell phone was dead . They welcomed our service dog. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only downfall- Wish the pool was in working order. But we will definitely go back to this hotel as long as we are staying here in bethany with my son.

Close to family. Good location for our needs. Well-maintained overall. Clean rooms. Cassandra provided over-the-top customer service. Seriously. I would return because of that alone.

Elevator was out, but Cassandra notified me immediately upon booking and moved our two rooms to the second floor. That was perfectly acceptable, and the entire customer service experience was impressive. Unfortunately, Room 210 was a bit stuffy. Air seemed unfiltered which affected the children’s allergies. I have no idea how anyone could have known or mitigated that, however.

Breakfast was good! Coffee was good and plentiful. Water was hot. Staff was helpful with anything that we needed. Room was clean and ready for us.

Pillows were stiff and too big. At least one needs to be softer. Elevator was slow and got stuck for a while with us in it so that wasn't great but staff was attentive. Front door sensor was going out so we had to pry the door open once.

The breakfast was great, needed more syrup and needed some kind of jelly or jam.

I liked the property, but there was no refrigerator or hair dryer in the room, although you can borrow a hair dryer from the front desk.

the bed was extremely comfortable. the housekeeper went out of her way to get my baby’s cup to me because we forgot it in the room, and I was searching the car for it when she ran outside looking for us! I was beyond thankful, as she definitely DID NOT have to do that ❤️

the room stayed kinda hot even with the AC on high, but luckily temps outside weren’t too bad so it didn’t get extremely bad. I feel like it was a little overpriced, personally, just because it’s a little outdated and seemed to need some maintenance.

the people at the reception were helpful and impressive and rooms were clean and in good condition and also microwave was available

i couldn’t eat breakfast at 06:30 am because I was fasting so you had to take meal before 05:30 am so I couldn’t eat anything.

Christina is 11 stars out of 10. Very accommodating and took initiative which rarely happens in any business currently. Very pleasant and very personable.
