Friendly and accommodating staff, hot breakfast, safe smoking area, well-lit parking and a recliner in my room :)

My GPS guided me to this location; however, I had booked a room at another location of similar value. Upon arrival at my reserved spot, I quickly cancelled because the ~vibe~ was OFF. I returned to this location and felt like I was in heaven!! Should I need to return to McAlester, I will choose this spot above ALL OTHERS : )

The location was convenient and easily accessible. The lobby and rooms were attractive. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good.

I was very disappointed that the pool was closed because that was the main reason I stayed there. The light and fan in the bathroom did not work well (light) or at all (the fan).

This is a lovely hotel. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The staff were all friendly and polite. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room wonderfully cool all night.

I don’t have a single complaint.

Friendly staff, elevator because I'm getting old & my suitcase is always heavier than it should be, & most of all very clean.

My only complaint is the key card had to be reset every day of our 3 day stay

Staff was really nice. Location is good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, real eggs, not the powdered ones! Shower had great pressure and drained well.

Carpet was a little old and dingy.

Great area. Easy access. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Air conditioner kind of froze up in the middle of the night and we had to open a window to cool off. But other than that it was great.

The Breakfast choices were wonderful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool was not working due to maintenance. It would have been nice to have
