The front desk clerks were all nice and pleasant. It was clean inside and outside. The pool was open and ALL of the exercise equipment worked. The laundry room was available and worked well. Housekeeping was very well kept and the breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were a nice size, the bed was comfortable, the sofa bed came in hand, it had plenty of electrical outlets, and the decorations were pretty. The location was perfect. I didn't see anyone hanging around begging either. EVERYTHING worked!!!

It was a family trip so I didn't get the room with the spa, lol.

We liked the property very much. We have stayed here many times before. I did not like the phone call at 10:30. Asking me if I was still going to show up. We have booked this motel many times and even showed up as late as one or 2 AM after coming off a late delayed flight. Our room was guaranteed with a card. There was no reason to question our arrival and the motel was obviously not full. This is the first time I’ve had a problem With any of the staff at this motel. They are usually extremely efficient, kind, and personable. I don’t know who was working the desk on the evening of September 25, but he was the first individual that I have been with at your motel.

The breakfast was good - lots of protein. They only had juice, but there was cold water in a water cooler outside the room for those who don't like juice. The location was great - made it very easy for us to get on track the next morning. Very close to where we needed to get on the interstate. There was also a Black Bear Diner right across the parking lot where we went for dinner and we had the best waiter and great food. Very enjoyable. I had to call the front desk staff because the people across the hall had left their dog in the room and it was scratching on the door and yelping. The young man at the front desk could hear the dog and took care of the issue immediately. I was impressed. I LOVED the black out blinds!!

I don't have anything negative to say about this place. I would definitely stay there again!

I loved the room size. We stayed in the Presidential Suite. It had the biggest spa tub and I liked the modern chaise lounge and faux wood floors throughout. It also had a nice roomy shower.

That they did not have any clothes hooks in the bathroom and they didn't utilize what looked to be an old closet by putting and hanger rod in there and a couple of hangers to hang your clothes to get wrinkles out of your clothes. The bed in a presidential suite should be very comfortable hint the name of the room. It was ok but I didn't sleep well in it. It also needed to have the putting green redone

I liked the space in the room, the indoor pool, not too far from the places we went, breakfast and all

I asked for a crib and the front desk gave me a crib but the bottom wasn't with the items he gave. We just used the mattress on the floor and we had extra blankets so it worked out, just a little more attention to detail and he would have noticed that the hard bottom that holds the mattress was missing. Also the breakfast attendant was a bit stressed and frustrated at busy times. I always greeted her first even with opportunities for her to do so. As an operations manager and working in the hot business I know first hand how each part of the hotel works so I know at times that it can be frustrating. Overall I would still book with the hotel again.

I'm not really into to providing ratings, but I will in this instance. My recent stay was one of the best that I have ever had at any motel or hotel in my life. I was truly amazed with the use of technology for checking in and out. Customer service was the best and the cleanliness of the room as well as the inside and outside of the hotel was more than exceptional. I definitely loved the fitness room.

We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast because a soccer tournament was going on and I guess most of the players stayed at LaQuinta. They took up the whole dining hall and wasn’t nice about sharing anything. The whole night kids ran up and down the hall rather loudly. They even took our do not disturb sign and slide it under our door. They window has sheer panels so the whole room was well lit all night. I told check out lady about the constant noise thru that night. I had a real important Dr appointment that morning that I needed complete rest and No anxiety for this test. Didn’t happen…. So unhappy that they didn’t place all soccer players on same level which would given the rest of the rest and relaxation we needed for a peaceful rest. I doubt anything come from this but I thought you should know.

Read above 👆👆👆👆 So due the all the soccer players most of them went full belly to soccer field. The rest of us had little to choice from. This was at 7:30-8:00 am

Location was great! Restaurants within walking distance. Property was very clean and the staff with whom we had interactions were very pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. The mattresses were very comfortable as were the pillows.

The breakfast area was not as clean as it could be. However, I did recognize that the hotel appeared to be understaffed as with a lot of places in the hospitality sector.

The breakfast was adequate and the lady who stocked the breakfast area kept things cleaned and stocked well. The rooms were spacious, the location was excellent and with the exception of one very unprofessional young man who worked the night shift…the rest of the staff were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and attentive to guest needs.

Only one unprofessional employee who was clearly inexperienced in customer service.

Very nice room, linens, decor and layout. Comfortable bed. Hot breakfast.

I had a room in the first floor so the second floor occupant overhead noise was mildly frustrating, but the front desk was kind enough to make a call to enforce the quiet hours policy from 10pm-8am to the upper room occupant so I didn’t have to change rooms and was able to sleep.
