Everything was clean and new. Staff was great and helpful. Plan on staying there every trip.

This booking site even though they were told the pool was under renovation did not put the pool was not available. Pool should be open next summer. Also this booking site, does NOT change anything for you. For instance if you had to cut trip short the hotel does not have any control over changing your nights. They say it is non refundable on this booking site and it is not, but if you had booked with someone else or the hotel, they will help you out. I will not booking with this site again, but it has nothing to do with the hotel.

We arrived early, like 1200 as we were meeting my brother. We went to the hotel to pick him up and were going to place our luggage in his room until check-in time (it was 100 outside and my makeup would have melted!). The staff member behind the desk heard our conversation and offered to allow us to check in early to prevent all that hassle. We took her up on her offer and it made things much easier for us that day. I really appreciate her efforts. Our room had recently undergone a renovation which was nice! Room was very clean and comfortable.

Same as it always is clean .staff is great the put up with nosey grandchildren 😆 🤣 mine no really this is the best motel In poteau and the price is great rooms are big and beds are comfy ..the motel next to it needs to be taken down it a eye sore but prime inn suites is a blessing 🙌

Just the dirty motel next to prime inn suites called black angus has people walking around the parking lot they need to close it down poteau itself would look better and maybe alot of the drug stuff would be gone

Hotel was clean and up to date

Breakfast options were subpar. The eggs were fine, the slimy sausage was of poor quality, no bacon, no cream cheese or any other spread available for bagels. Only Chex and mini wheats for cereal options. So waffles were the only things my kids could really eat.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rolled in late after having a rear tire go flat on a motorcycle trip. Had to tow the bike to a nearby shop, staff let me store all my bags until I could pick them up later. Bed was comfortable, fridge in room to store insulin, water pressure in shower was great.

Some renovations going on but no big deal, noise and mess was minimal

Breakfast was acceptable. Staff and facilities were great. I definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was typical of a hotel chain, but more fruit would be better. And oatmeal (I may have missed it).

No access to pool, believe cause of remodel. It was in lower 100's when we went.

Staff was friendly and caring. Room was recently renovated. No frills breakfast that still had plenty of options. Hotel was clean and well worth the price.
