The staff is wonderful I talk to almost everyone from the housekeepers to the other customers.. I always recommend this hotel The breakfast not a lot but it's enough my grand daughter love them add chocolate chips and whip cream u would think Belgian lol. Convenient it's by a Walmart, numerous restaurants,a theatre and expressway. U get the whole package and u will feel safe.

Great location and great rooms. Great people, great service. Booking failed to communicate requests, but these were met the following day.

Booking for some reason, did not relay requests. Room door needs fixing to open and close easily Closet is not meant for tall wardrobe, not even my shirts or suits could fit top to bottom on hangers. Hang them on the closet doors instead.

I love the convenience of the location and how friendly all of the staff was during our stay. The breakfast area wasn’t too bad either and the coffee was fresh.

I didn’t like that part of the swinging lock on one of our room doors was broken and Our room was only equipped for towels for one person.

Even though they had a major leak in the lobby the front desk clerk was very courteous & helpful. The room was handicapped accessible & the bed was not to high. We have been here before & the bed was so high I couldn't hardly get on it.

Location for us was perfect. Front desk young man was very helpful getting my computer set up to watch a game. I took it to him and he got it working.

The location was perfect. The room was great for the price. Staff were great and very welcoming to all of the kids in town for the grands.

The towels were definitely on there last leg. The breakfast selection was small but still got the job done.

The toilet ran continuously. The elevator was not functional. I was on the second floor...it sounded like there was a basketball game on the third floor...

The tornado siren went off and no one told us what to do. We are here from Australia so we don't have tornados and was unsure what to do.

Clean, comfortable room. Very nice check-in & check-out male staffers. Good breakfast.

Very young children running up and down hallway, slamming doors and yelling for about 30 minutes. Very annoying!
