I like the fact that they have breakfast it saves money to eat there instead of going out to eat. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and also professional. Overall I really have no complaints

I was disappointed to find out when I got there that they had to take the hot tubs out of the rooms and I'm not sure of there was just not enough parking places for number of rooms they have or if some of the people had more than one vehicle but once the place got full there was absolutely no place to park

Peace and so much quiet, comfy bed, washer dryer that works, breakfast so delicious everything works, upkeep was fantastic inside and outside, and the smell was great everyday.

That I had to leave such a place

Liked the location. Convenient to travel to and from our daily destination. Restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good for the most part. Great value for the price.

Only meat offered at breakfast was hamburger patties on a couple of the days. Would prefer more fruit than just apples. Always had eggs, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereal etc. TV had to be "reset" to work. Had to have the key cards for the rooms redone twice.

Lose to places we were visiting

Little difficult to find. Not bad but little. On Booking.com the listing said had a living area??? The room had that space but no couch or anything to sit on in that area. Just a big empty space The lighting in the room is very dim. Needed more lighting and some bulbs replaced in lamp and entrance light. Only one lamp in sleeping area but one slide out. and one lamp on table.

The bed was perfect for me, but was too soft for my mom. She was however, able to sleep very comfortably on the couch.

It wasn't the fault of the hotel, but there was a very violent fight that took place between 3couples that included a LOT of screaming, slamming of doors(over and over), a lot of cussing,and it sounded like someone was being thrown around in the hallway. This started around 1:30 am and went on til almost 3.

The manager Sue and her crew are all very nice people that do an excellent job of customer service. They go above and beyond anywhere that they can. The service industry can be a very rocky road, but I personally saw them handle it all with a smile on their faces.

The indoor hot tub and pool were wonderful! The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was well appointed with mini fridge, bar sink and microwave. The handicapped shower was a little hard to keep the water where it belonged but was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was ok. They had hot biscuits but no protein, only white gravy. There were breads, muffins, 2 kinds of waffles which were good, but not much for someone watching their carbohydrates.

Our room was very clean. I booked on a different site and there was a little confusion checking in but the staff was super friendly and helpful. I have a family of 6 and they never let us run out of towels, sounds silly but it's a big deal with 4 teenage girls. The pool area can be a bit noisy as it's indoor but it was always clean. Breakfast was great. All around if we go back through Tulsa I would stay again.

Needs instructions for the TV remote use. After the recent upgrade by the provider, the remote only works the channels when you point it at the control box mounted no where near the tv. Guest need to be told that when they check in.
