Extremely comfortable mattress, very clean room, 4 soft fluffy pillows a plus :)

KING ROOM 238 has noticeably uneven floors, moved alittle when walked on, noisy halls passing by our room (you need to pass room 238 in order to get to and from the elevator and stairwell) until 12mid due to summer kids out of school & Saturday evening (ie. running, noisy conversating outside our door and in hall from our 10p arrival-12midnight), bathroom door-tub-toilet combo is a small space and positioned a bit inconveniently. Overall good 2 night stay, great night sleep. But I'd like to consider another room location next time.

Breakfast was the standard fare for a hotel breakfast. Nothing spectacular but it was good. The lady at the front desk was a little scary looking but was kind to me when I came back for sofa bed linens. The lobby was clean and inviting. The hallway was also clean. Our room was clean.

Really a dress code, including guidelines on facial piercings would be appropriate here for front desk staff. Our room, though visibly clean, smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I think that a cleaning of the filters and such in the HVAC unit would have helped immensely. The smell was definitely coming out of the unit as well as from the room in general.

It smelled nice when I walked into the lobby. The inside is bright, clean and appears recently remodeled. Owner was friendly and conversational which was pleasant. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast is great! The price was amazing for the quality of the stay. Food nearby.

Seemed like an older part of town and a few interesting people walking around in the area. However I felt safe due to the room key entry at the front entrance after hours and the security system at the front desk.

The room and bed was comfortable. I appreciate the white bedding to see if there is anything to be aware of. Breakfast included hot and cold items. Typical of a motel breakfast which I appreciate. Liked the fresh fruit.

The little couch had a stain on it that needs to be taken care of. Since we traveled with a dog I do wish there would be a towel to wipe the floor that wasn’t white. Hate to use the white towels provide. Wish I knew the cost of traveling with a dog in advance. I know there is a cost please post it

Queen suite was large and comfortable. No carpet in the room. Lots of outlets on both sides of the bed along with side tables.

Heater was a bit louder than normal when it kicked in. Shower diverter was a never seen before design where you pull a ring down to get the shower going. The ring is on the end of the tub spout. There are instructions located way down by the tub spout, not great when you are in the tub and not wearing your glasses! It's easy to operate, just novel.

The breakfast was great. I liked all the options and choices provided. Friendly and comfortable eating and waiting area too.

THERE WAS NO BIBLE in the room!!!… The bathroom in rm 110 is too small! It has a handicap door yes, but it’s hard for me as a non-handicap to have room to close the door without running into the toilet! The countertop is crammed I almost bonked my head on it drying my hair after showering. I thank the Lord God Almighty for protecting me.

The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. We are so grateful we were able to utilize the on-site fitness facility, because the complimentary breakfast was ahhhhmazing! I will definitely stay here again!

We didn’t bring bottled water, so we would’ve liked to have had access to filtered water or complimentary bottled water. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Have stayed here a few times and always a great experience. Staff is friendly, check-in efficient, clean, nice breakfast, excellent for pets, quiet, comfortable, great value. I appreciate not being chased out of bed at 7 am by hotel housekeeping knocking which had happened to me and numerous other facilities. They never rush you, just allow to wake up and enjoy the morning. Always helpful and accommodating.

Everything was great!

I like the peace and quiet. Breakfast was good just need to cook your bacon everybody that got bacon had to cook it in the microwave. Washing machine and dryer works

The front desk foreigner lying on me this morning that I don't appreciate. You gave us the last time a broken down sofa bed that hadn't been pulled out and clean so we had to call for someone to come clean it up, then here we are again in another room with broken down sofa bed. He charged me $20.00 for a face towel that my daughter did mess up but $20.00 for a$2.00 face towel. I guess the extra will fix up those sofa beds. Short of help also. Where I usually go and stay weeks at a time was full so I had to come there to Quality Suite.

Free breakfast is always something we look for in our stays. We enjoyed the variety and the cleanliness of the room. Also the restaurant next door, Bill and Ruth's, had so many selections and our fish / shrimp dinners were delicious and nicely priced.

Unable to block the outside light by our window. Prefer to sleep in a darkened room. Noise from outside was a little bothersome throughout the night.
