I have use this place so many times I love it, the front desk, the kitchen and housekeeping are so friendly, always clean and so much patience. Thank you for all of that. There is much peace and quiet which makes it easy to sleep a good sleep.

Drifters hanging in the parking area. I like taking bath and the plug couldn't let water stay in tub, smoking and weed on my floor smell like it was right in my room gives me headaches, Jacuzzi had so much dirt in the suds somebody had to use it for a bath.

breakfast was great.

My original booking needed to change. Ineeded the date changed from June 26th -June 27th to June 27th - June 28th. I was sent an email that said that the change was made and the price of my stay would be $55.00. When I checked in I was told that my reservation for June 26th-June 27th was cancelled and I was charged. I was told that I would have to contact who I made the reservation to get my money back. To make this change should have been a simple process.

This last stay was the greatest. Every worker with a smile and the air conditioner worked great. This time I really hated to leave it was so beautiful.

The bravo channel no longer active, the dryer don't dry until you put in the second time $1.50-$3.00 to dry very expensive. Still that weed and cigarettes smoke is way too much but we handled it.

Didn't get his name that working nights now, he's the best. As he worked to get you checked in he talks with you and made us feel welcomed. Housekeepers are the greatest.

Tv would go off and on, sound wouldn't worked and had to change channels come back to what you was watching and the sound would come back, air conditioner in room 135 wasn't close as cold as room 346 was

I like that it was clean I like the breakfast in the morning the time you can go

I don't like not knowing about the deposit until after I get there I feel like the deposit should be included in the state rate so that way you know how much to bring when you come and the staff could be just a little bit more friendlier not all of them but some of them are not that nice

Very close to major hwy - nice 👍 Breakfast had good variety and attendant was quick to refill items 🙂

Water pressure in shower wasn't great - not that big of a deal tho I should have tried a handicap room tho, toilet was too low for this old lady 🥴

Everything here was great. Housekeeping was the greatest, we couldn't understand each other but we made it through, breakfast was good just missed having apple juice. The rooms cleaned, shower was good and HOT at all time. And so peaceful and quiet

There really wasn't nothing that I didn't enjoy

Bed was super comfortable! The size of the room we had was great! Location is good, until I needed to get back on I-44 West. There's no entrance to the westbound freeway there.

We didn't make a complaint to the front desk, but the ac wasn't working completely right! When we got there someone had cranked the heat up and it was like an oven. We set the ac low to hopefully cool off fast, when it started feeling cold we adjusted to 69 or 70 and left the room. When we returned it was hot again! It finally leveled out and seemed to be working the next day.

Breakfast was good but they only credit $5.00 via a coupon per visitor. If you get anything more than bare minimum be prepared to pay extra. Rooms were okay but the facility is getting dated. Otherwise, pretty good.

Since I am handicap I would have appreciated not being put in the west forties (lots of walking to get to lobby area). The wifi kept cutting out on me, so I guess it is not a very strong signal.

The staff was friendly and welcoming enough. There was nothing I needed or wanted that they weren't happy to help me with. The biggest reason I chose this hotel was that they had an indoor pool area, so my 4 and 5 year-old children had something to do and that part was perfect. The pool is pretty small in length and width and at it's deepest it's maybe 5 feet, with the vast majority being 3-4 feet with steps walking in. To me, the water was too cold but I'm getting to be an old fogie, but my kids loved it! Also, they do have a hot tub that is working, which is a great sight to see since the pandemic. And heads up, it's called a hot tub for a reason - that thing is no joke! The rooms were clean and nice, nothing to complain about at all. The wifi worked well on every device we used. Everything worked in the room and I didn't experience any problems at all. I actually live in Tulsa so I know the area and it's not the greatest location but it certainly could be worse. I did bump into a few not-so-great characters walking outside but nobody gave me any trouble. All in all, it was a great time at a really good hotel for a reasonable price.
