The room was comfortable I just wish the bed could have been softer and the first room they put us in the ac didn't work so they moved us and in that room at first the tv didn't work so the front office guy came up to our room and got it fixed but then for some reason the Carpet in front of the ac unit and the refrigerator continuously stayed wet

They need to start making sure each room is ready to be rented out either the ac wasn't working and when they switch us that room tv won't come on til the front office person came up To fix it then we noticed the carpet in front of the ac and refrigerator stayed wet

I like that it was in a good location around food and a grocery store and a gas station. Also the property was clean and spacious and the breakfast was Awesome Last be not least the stuff was nice and professional.

My first room that I gotten was room 121 and we couldn’t see nothing on the air conditioner to turn it on or to see how high or low the number was. Also the refrigerator was not working. I asked to be moved to another room, the second room was 221 second floor and the only thing about this room was it’s was used soap still left in the bathroom .

Being this property is downtown Tulsa, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the property as well as being very secure. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable as well. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. We will stay again when we are in the Tulsa area.

The view from our room was a broken down chain link fenced in back parking lot of an Orielly's auto parts store but we still would stay there again.

The lobby was very welcoming, as was the breakfast area.

The vent fan in the restroom was terribly loud. The heat was very difficult to regulate. I had the thermostat set to 66 degrees, however the room remained stubbornly hot. Eventually, I turned the heat off altogether. Also, the tub needs repair. The refinishing material from previous repairs was peeling off, adhering to my feet, and required some effort to pick it from my skin.

Location is close to the University of Tulsa where our activity was held. Indoor pool. Nice-sized lobby. We had a nice-sized room. Staff was nice & hospitable; attentive to our needs when requested.

Few homeless people in the vicinity. Outlets in our bathroom didn’t work. One of the doors to the bathroom was not closing properly. No full-size mirror. Small bed pillows.

The room was very comfortable for my pet and myself. Also, the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations :)

Honestly, the location of the hotel was a bit sketchy. Case and point, there was a fellow guest who late in the night (10:30ish I believe) was lound & rude. She was outside and I could her dispute loud in clear in my bed.

Check-in and check out were great! Breakfast was great and hot. Cleaned area.

Baggage cart wasn't able to move correctly. Wheels need to be fixed. The second floor smelled. Wasn't able to hang clothes in the closet. The ironing board was messed up really badly.

Close to freeway and love staff. The updated look of the property is why I have choose property for 3 weeks in a row. This time the noise levels were loudest from other guests.

There was young people parked in back of building drinking all night and busted glass all over parking lot near trash can. I had to air my tire up the next morning

I loved how comfortable the bed was, and the breakfast counter with the bar stools

The area is wasn’t great. Near the front, across the street on the far left there were a lot of homeless people. Also my Uber driver told me it wasn’t a safe neighborhood to be walking around

My kid's and my wife enjoyed them self's very much kid's loved the pool. The breakfast was and point. Highly recommend 👌

I have nothing to complain about. Great place to stay. My kid's and I enjoyed it very much
