My two grandsons were in a VBS in Vera Oklahoma on Sunday. I live 2 hours away, so I got a room and the grand boys stayed with me. We swam. The pool was absolutely perfect. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful. The eggs were absolutely phenomenal. I was so impressed. I would have liked stronger coffee. And I didn't care for the pillows. But everything was just great

I didn't realize it was an older hotel so there were no elevators. It was kind of rough on the old knees walking around and walking up the steps and down the steps and up the steps and down the steps. And I would have liked pillows that were better. But that was all it was a great day

I really love a hotel that has a clean room, hot water, and friendly staff. This hotel meet 2 of those requirements.

There was an incident with us being our breakfast back to our room. We were informed it would be a $20 charge added onto our tab, which I didn’t understand how when breakfast was included with our stay. Front counter staff was nice, but we had a long wait for our room upon arrival as well because of short staff.

At first I didn’t like the motel-setting (I had thought it had the traditional hotel setting) but in the end it was really really nice. The room was clean, and the facilities in the room were working perfectly and clean. The room service staff were predominantly spanish and very cautious. We loved our stay there

Breakfast was decent. The room was comfortable. The bathroom needs some updating, but overall, it was a good stay. Subway is right there in the lobby area.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower was hot but was stuck in shower mode. Toilet didn't always flush all the way.

Breakfast and location

Staff kept knocking on our door to see if we had checked out yet. It started at 8am. Construction noise was all day every day we were there. When asking front desk questions, the private phone call was much more important than helping me.

I’m still waiting for the deposits for the breakables to be applied back to my card after a month. The maids don’t knock in the door when they enter they just scan the door and open it.

The first room smelled like bug spray and the maids walk in if the dead bolt is not locked.

I travel weekly to Tulsa Oklahoma for work and the noise the environment is top notch compared to other places I have stayed. I was trying to go for furnish finders as I do most of the time but this particular Bear wearer changed my mind.

For the price I don’t see or know at this time it’s good and comfort and seem secured

The location didn’t bother me even with the aircraft. I will say that I enjoyed the breakfast. It was basic but it was good.

I’m not sure exactly what I didn’t like but I would improve the breakfast just a bit.

Close to airport. Older location but was very clean & bed was nice & comfy. Front desk check woman was very kind & pleasant welcoming me.

Looked a little run down as they fixed up the outside bit was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice, clean room!

Maybe he was having a bad day but on my first night the midnight clerk wasn't the most welcoming chap. He made me feel like I was inconvniencing him. Everybody else was great!
