It's proximity to the airport with shuttle service was the necessary selling point for me and was the "cheaper" of the two hotels right next to the airport.

The air conditioner was on but the manual controls were not working to lower the thermostat. It wasn't too uncomfortable, but it wasn't the normal room temperature in which I'd sleep. I could have gone down and asked to change rooms, but it was late when I arrived and had and early flight. Considering I was there for three hours, I thought the price was high, but I know I am paying for convenience.

The staff was amazing, we had a medical emergency and they did everything possible to help us. They sent the shuttle to the ER to get us, even though it was 20 minutes away. The manager went to the store for us for medication and the front desk staff were very kind and supportive. The shuttle driver even offered to drive somewhere and get us food.

The “dining room was not great. They are closed on Sunday, so our only choice was frozen hot pockets. The breakfast buffet, they called it was 12.95. Only enough eggs left for the 2 of us, no French toast and 3 hard biscuits and barely any gravy. They did have bacon and potatoes, plus the continental items, so it turned out fine. The shuttle driver was willing to drive us someplace, but we didn’t want to bother him.

Jayde who was assisting us with morning Breakfast and coffee was exceptional. Always had a great smile, handled our special orders and seemed to read our minds suppling exactly what we needed when needed. A true example of what “Customer Service “ used to be! Refreshing and delightful!

The overnight front desk clerk was unpleasant and acted put out. No smile ever. The fitness area ; out of order sign on treadmill, elliptical wasn’t adjustable for any resistance , no cleaning supplies available at all. Dirty towels were not removed during our stay. The fitness area if used , needs cleaning after sweaty bodies! At least keep cleaning supplies available in therePlease . Please inform us on your website & at check in that you are not going to clean the room every day.

The location is perfect if you are going to use the Tulsa airport. We love the fact that you can park at the hotel and they shuttle you to the airport the next morning.

They were not prepared for our arrival so early the day we returned and we had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuutle to pick us up at the airport. Perhaps they should ask the customers when they expect to arrive back so they can be prepared.

The location was great with only flying in and out for 24 hrs.

There was a wait to check in but it was due to a computer glitch. It was only 30-40 minutes. The front desk person was frustrated but very apologetic.

Good variety of food at restaurant and for guest a la carte. Clean rooms and facility. Very convenient to airport. Early AM shuttle service. Free coffee in the morning.

We enjoyed the convenience of being near the airport, the hotel lobby is beautiful, and the room spacious. We appreciated the availability of coffee in both the lobby and the room.

There were two things that could’ve made this stay much better. First, upon checking in, we had to have a copy of my husband’s drivers license and credit card made because the computer system was down. We did not like having to have those things kept on file until the situation was resolved. Also, the air conditioner only worked on auto… not simply low or high. This caused the AC to run on and off all night long, which is disruptive to sleep. Also, we were looking forward to using the indoor pool, but it was not open.

Convenient location close to the airport. We we able to leave our car parked at the facility for less than airport parking.

The location of our room to the lobby was great. The outside lounge area with gazebo was very nice and relaxing. Had a great dinner at the restaurant, very good food and the wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room needs some maintenance.

Outside DFW north airport & let us leave car behind gated facility. Shuttle there & back. Onsite restaurant & bar.
