I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent—every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. My room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-kept, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place.

Quiet, comfortable good value for the money.

There was a charge on my card for a $50 damage deposit in addition to the room charge. However, the amount on the screen of the card machine that I authorized was for the room only. The $50 was charged without my knowledge. I found it when I checked my card account.

Nice clean and friendly staff

The hotel next door was scary. It looked like homeless people and addicts hanging out in the parking every time we stay there. It's a shame that this nice place has to deal with trashy OYO

Staff was pleasant. Had to leave before breakfast time but staff provided us with some fruit, muffins and milk, which was appreciated.

As we arrived, we heard multiple gunshots. It was too late to cancel our reservation so we hoped for the best. Side door to the building didn’t shut so therefore didn’t lock. Felt very unsafe. When we told the front desk, they said they were aware of the door and that a lock had been ordered. That’s fine, but what about the safety of their customers until then?

Location was great and hotel was nice and clean. Reasonable price.

I asked at 6 pm if my husband, teenager daughter, and myself could sit at a table in the breakfast area to play dominoes and was told that wasn’t allowed. This is something we have always done on trips and have never been told before that it wasn’t allowed. Kind of disappointing as we had gone back to the hotel early to play board games.

The remodeling was nice and it was clean and quiet. The staff were awesome, shared tips for restaurants and information about the area. I liked the express checkout. It was a convenient place for us to meet our friends and to get on the freeway to travel further. We were comfortable visiting with our friends in the lobby.

The outlets in the bathroom did not work. There was a strong smell of mildew in our room with a strong smell of cleaner or air fragrance throughout the motel. No breakfast served and no one was at the desk when we left in order to get the bagged breakfast. Pool was covered and appeared to be closed.

I was very happy from the moment I walked up to the hotel. The building was clean and in good repair, as was the lobby, reception area and room. The price was very reasonable for the quality, or rather the quality was surprising compared to the price. Breakfast was available in the morning and coffee in the lobby. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. The stay was just for one night, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No complaints, my air in my room was having trouble, but still fine. Staff handled it!

When we got there our rooms had been given away because booking.com used a fake credit card and fake information. The hotel couldn't contact us because they had put on a fake phone number. But I highly recommend this hotel because the manager accommodated us and made sure our kids had a couch in their room for other teenager. He showed us a reservation it had all the fake information and he said they could not hold the room and booking.com often does

Do not make a reservation through booking.com without calling the property directly that is the best advice I could ever give anyone using this site.

Close to airport

Had a very hard time checking out. We made reservations through booking.com and the staff had problems with it. Said they couldn’t get their money. We had receipt showing paid and they kept it.
