I was pleased with the check-in. It was very clean very inviting and I was super happy with the guy who checked me in.

I am traveling for work and I cannot get into a store until 1130 and I was leaving at 10:30. Packing my car and the housekeeping locked me out of the room and she wasn’t going to let me back in and I just told her it’s 1030. My stuff is still in there. I’m loading my car and she still wasn’t going to open it And I said I’d go downstairs that was fine and she finally opened it. That is why I have not returned it was a great place super close to where I’m working, but life is hard enough without getting locked out your room.

Check in and out was quick and easy. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Our room was very clean, beds were most comfortable and I loved the Dove products in the shower and by the sink to wash your hands! We definitely stay here again.

Breakfast area was very clean and staffed. Delicious eggs and sausage but had expected gravy and biscuits to be available with the sausage at breakfast. We had a limited breakfast time and I wanted to kind of grab and go with a sausage egg biscuit. Something other than sweets.. I also would’ve preferred plain orange juice to be available.

Check-in was easy. Everything was clean and well upkept. Breakfast had a good variety.

The bathroom - while it is very nice and well laid out, there seems to be little ventilation/air flow. This room is used excessively and can be unpleasantly fragrant. Also, after showering, it is a sauna, causing your just cleaned body to sweat instantly - leaving the door ajar is a possible solution, but it's not really a practical one.

First, we liked that it didn't have your everyday day hotel soaps. They had Dove brand hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. So our hair didn't dry out, and the lotion was just a bonus. Second, we also looked at many hotels, and some charged for breakfast and WiFi, and this one did not. Third, the receptionist, Sarah, was so friendly and sweet. Fourth, the pool and hot tub were clean and the music was a nice touch. Finally, our room was nice. We had a suite for 6 people and didn't feel crowded. The desk was a nice added touch (I brought my laptop to do school work, and it was nice to have a place to sit) and plenty of lightening. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The parking lot is a bit awkward and small.

Had the best experience with the staff that i've ever had at any location. They were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs.

Honestly, everything was wonderful. The only thing I probably would change was the breakfast it was a little lackluster. I also wish I would have taken more pictures. It was just a quick overnight stay and I didn't think to capture a lot of pictures. As a matter of fact, I only took one and it was me saying goodnight to a friend.

Everything was great. Excellent communication from the staff as well. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was open so we were happy about that. We were thinking the pool was heated as well but it did not feel that way

Lotion smelt weird but that's super minor. I think it was old. Also our toilet was missing a cover on the screw and it was rusted. I noticed it every time I went to the restroom.

Lucky was the manager who checked us in and made our experience 5 star! He was so kind and helpful to my entire family. He made check-in smooth. His customer service took away stress and created peace on a hectic day. I'm thankful for his kindness and hospitality, and I'm thankful for our overall experience.

My bedding was a bit itchy but everything was clean.

It is a great place to stay and easy to get around the place. Breakfast was good but the sausage gravy was GREAT , they need that every morning. I had a little trouble with the TV at first but the girl at the front desk, Jamie, came up and took care of it for me, that was a life saver.

Like I said the TV wasn't working right at first but Jamie took care of it . And I wish you had the sausage gravy more often for breakfast. If there was a room touch up while there would be great , like trash pick up and new towels during the stay would have been great.

The hotel was GREAT. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The beds linens were crisp, white and fresh. The bathrooms exceptionally clean with nice DOVE amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a very large variety of food, including a turkey sausage for me ( I don't eat pork products). I was delighted with my stay.

Price was great. The staff professionalism out shined any disappointment I had with facilities.

Facilities were bit ehh, Hot tub and pool not in proper working order, and door to room latch broken for deadbolt’s functioning. One elevator was beeping all night as well due to some malfunction. Also no breakfast available due to staff member absence.
