The staff was friendly. The night clerk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. The room we stayed in was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We will be staying here again in the future!

We don't have anything bad to say about this Hotel! The price was great, the comfort was great, the location was great, The staff was great! I wish all hotels were like this one!

The room was great, no complaints. property frequently has workers staying and they congregate directly in front of door smoking. This was a big turn off to have to walk through that to get into the building. smoking away from doors would be preferable. Also the hallways smells like old broccoli. I noticed a trash can by the back door that maybe hadn’t been changed for a few days? It wasn’t fresh cooking smell it was old food. I was in town for a funeral and just wanted to settle in, the girl at the desk didn’t seem very interested in helping me find a room. she just told me they had no queens and left it at that. In the end I went back out to my car, booked a room for less, which was a queen, and came back in. The room seemed clean and was comfortable. The breakfast looked good but coffee was really awful though. Gagging bad! 8/10

The property was nice, but for the money it wasn’t worth it because of the age of the building.

Too old for the charges. The shower wasn’t connected to the wall sturdy, the bedside tables kept opening up by themselves. Everything was old with prices of more updated hotels in the area. Although we enjoyed our stay there.

The only complaint I have is that when booking our room on booking.com, it was not made clear that we would not have a suite. We expected the bed to be in a separate room from the living room/kitchen area as has always been the case when we have stayed at a Staybridge suites in the past.

The suite was REALLY nice and considered the fact that we’ve been traveling for two weeks, the laundry room was a welcoming surprise. Breakfast was surprisingly nice too.

Sadly the staff wasn’t very welcoming. If asked a question it seemed like you’ve disturbed them in something VERY important and the answer was a bit harsh. Next, we’ve booked this place for two nights because of the pool so it was VERY frustrating to discover that the pool was closed for an entire day.

Breakfast was ok for hotel breakfast. The room was clean and the staff were exceptional. Location was perfect for our stay with plenty of food options close.

The bed was not the most comfortable to me, but I understand everyone is different.

Booked a 2 room suite. Pleasantly surprised there were 2 bathrooms, this alone would make me book with this hotel again. The suite was nice and big and clean. Liked the kitchenette. Very happy

Nothing i really didn't like... but a suggestion would be to offer more options on the kickback evening thing... especially something healthy even as simple as salad

i stubbed my toe getting up to use the restroom the tv is beside the bed not enough room to walk around but it was a cute room not sure there is enough room for the pull out couch we didnt try it but closet was nice and the kitchenette to cook there i love the coffee bar all day! hottub would be a perk

the room to get around the bed if you were next to the windows im 140 pounds 5,6 if i was bigger i would not fit between bed and tv stand

Location was beautiful and easy to get to. Close access to restaurants and toll roads when we headed out towards river, casino area for event, and Gathering place. Great breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Room was excellent as well. Very quiet, had all of the amenities we wanted, including kitchenette. If we come back with family, we would opt for same location.

I liked the location. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Felt safe because after 10pm a room key was required to gain entry to the hotel. Friendly staff.

Hallways were a bit warm and stuffy. One elevator ran a bit rough. Freezer could have been colder and on last day I think it was sending water into the refrigerator as it defrosted. As an older adult I don't find the height of new beds comfortable to get into but this is what is found in all hotels now.
