We loved how big the room was. Having the bedroom separate was nice for our family. Great furniture for the family to all be together. Little Kitchenet was super cute. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was horrible the first day and not much ! We paid extra for the breakfast and it was the day after Thanksgiving. We were told that they were not prepared for how many quest they had. There was not much to choose from and what we did was not good. They did redeem themselves the next morning. They had more choices that were halfway decent. (The bread for toast was the best part)

The king suite suited my needs for myself, my husband and my son perfectly. Having a door separating the bedroom from the rest of the hotel room was awesome. Also, the kitchen breakfast cooks make great food. Especially the potatoes. They were perfect.

The downfall to having the door separating the bedroom from the rest of the room meant that when the door was closed, the AC didn't cool the rest of the room and froze the bedroom. Leaving the door open still meant the bedroom was cooler since the thermostat was in the living room area of the suite. Was still not that big of a problem.

The hotel was in a good location. We were able to get food very easily in the area. Even though there was a wrestling tournament group there, it was quiet. We appreciate having a refrigerator and a microwave. The room was very clean.

The beds were comfortable but very high. I am 5' and had a very hard time getting on them. The same with the shower head, I couldn't reach it without standing on the side of the tub. There were three of us in a 2 queen, but only 2 cups, towels, etc. I know we could have called housekeeping, but it was late.

Nice facilities

An inconvenient extra charge on check-in ($75 for us) which should be listed by this hotel for people using Booking.com. It’s misleading when they do not put the extra fee in there just so they can have a lower room rate. We were supposed to receive the $75 credited back to our account and have not yet. Others using the booking application should be aware of this extra fee.

Good value with a good breakfast spread. Clean comfortable room. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Not enough hot water for the shower. Even on full the shower was barely warm. We were on the 5th floor so that may have had something to do with it.

Breakfast was okay. There was a great selection of foods to choose from. The location of the breakfast room was very nice too.

I was a bit disappointed with the water in the pool. It was very cold and I cramped up as soon as I got in the water. The hot tub was very nice.

Our room layout was perfect for the weekend in Tulsa. The king bed/pillows were very comfortable, a/c was cold, hot water was perfect in the shower, kitchenette was very useful, location was great for all the activities we had planned, the hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very quiet during our stay.

Room had a odd smell to it but it was not overwhelming. Could have used a good cleaning. Also the shower curtain needed to be longer...it touched the top of the tub so water would get everywhere. The deposit charge that could take days to be reimbursed

What I like most about the property is the area. The area was quiet and clean. Close to a lot of places.

What I didn’t like most about the property is that we didn’t get any clean towels in our rooms. Housekeeping didn’t stop by to refill our bathrooms.

The room was great, and the front desk staff were quick at check-in.

The elevator smell like someone's been smoking in them. The pool time needs to be updated in the actual pool area. The new time for the opening is 10 am, not 7:00 like it states in the pool area.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The food was hot and good with cool fruit for addition. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. They are a great asset to the hotel team.
