I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa South Medical District with my family for five days, and we had a wonderful experience! The customer service at the front desk was exceptional. Special thanks to Gene for providing us with excellent information about the area, and making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Our room was spotless, and it seemed like housekeeping even checked on non-cleaning days to ensure everything was perfect. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast prepared every morning by Elias. Not only did he ensure the food was fresh and delicious, but he also took the time to clean the dining area and check on each guest while they ate. His friendly demeanor and dedication to his work made breakfast a delightful experience each day. Although I tend to prefer newer, modern hotels, the outstanding service and amenities at this location more than compensated for its slightly dated appearance. My parents were particularly amazed by the quality of everything, and we all felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa South Medical District provided us with a memorable and comfortable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Although I tend to prefer newer, modern hotels, the outstanding service and amenities at this location more than compensated for its slightly dated appearance. My parents were particularly amazed by the quality of everything, and we all felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

The place looked well taken care of.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Instead of scrambled eggs, they had something that looked like it but had green stuff in it. The aka sausage was turkey. No bacon, no biscuits, and gravy. One of the reasons I chose that location was because of a review I had read of the good breakfast they had. At least give people the option of imitation meat and real meat. Not many people want spinach in their eggs, and ground turkey for sausage. I grew up on real food.

BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN. Room and Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very SWEET and professional. I felt safe on the grounds and where it was located. Not too far from the Mall , restaurants. And entertainment.

Loved the hotel but the wifi was very poor. Every time I attempted to watch TV, the signal was lost. I had to keep turning the tv off and on. I also had an issue with the heater in the room. It was very noisy and seemed to possibly have mice scratching around it at night time. Thankfully there weren't any able to get into the room.

Stayed 4nights withy kids an husband for a BMX national. Everything was great. Loved that there wasn't sketchy people walking around everywhere. We have had things stolen from Tulsa area in the past so we definitely slept better. Breakfast and coffee was good. My kids liked the pool but it was super cold!

The fact that the rate changed on my last two days. Why? Booking.com quoted me $94 each day of my four day stay however when I got my receipt the last two days were charged at $124. No one seemingly could explain why. I want a refund of $60!

From the time I walked in the hotel to when no oedt, the staff were all sweet and professional and the hotel was clean and loved the style of the bathroom. The mattresses were truly more comfortable than home. Felt safe and comfortable and loved the hours of breakfast

Biscuits and gravy.

The beds always win with me. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the lady that was working was very attentive to all guests.

I’m use to having the iCloud sound box for meditation. This was the first location I’ve been that didn’t have it.

Customer service was great. Everything was clean. My kids were very comfortable. Location is close by to places to eat

The price was a bit more than I'm used to. The wifi passcode changes weekly (on sundays). Refrigerator didnt have a freezer compartment.

The breakfast was delicious! Several options including eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc

The pool room was VERY humid if you are just in there to watch and not swim. A bigger pool would have been nice, but it was a great size for my kids ages 7 & 9

After staying in hospital all night with daughter, we were allowed to arrange late check out. Didn't need it after all, but was grateful.

Loud obnoxious music in breakfast area was annoying early in the morning. Also pretty sure, while waiting on elevator with grandkids, I witnessed hooked leading her client to a room down the hall. Not sure I can really blame facility on this one.
