Friendly, clean, comfy bed/pillows, good size room,heater unit in room was loud though and over-sink mirror in bathroom was burned out. Exhaust fan in both elevators were loud. For the size of the hotel and occupancy load, the breakfast area needs to be bigger. It was really crowded and uncomfortable trying to prepare a plate with so many people jammed into such a small area.

Clean and comfortable room

Front desk was nice. We had a issue with our room key that kept us out of our room for about an hour until maintenance came to fix it, took a night off for the inconvenience. They brought us drinks as we waited. Breakfast was nice and hot. Waffles were very good! My doggies were nice and cozy all weekend as well. Indoor pool was a plus for my niece and nephew. Good stay!

I loved it was clean even though they allowed pets. I expected less but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was close to an exit so we could take our dog out easily. We would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful! This is a wonderful place for the location of family!

The only problem was the back door had troubles the entire time. No one’s keys would work.

Breakfast was great. The location was convenient. The staff was very accommodating, and we were able to bring our little dog, which was a huge plus. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but it was a great place to stay!

They should have informed us of the pet fee, but a fee was expected.

The location is great, lost of stores and places to eat around - the breakfast was great, better than most of the other places I have stayed at recently, lots of verity and it was good. I appreciated the staff as well, the people who I checked in with were very friendly and talkative and I like that.

The carpet felt a little yucky, not sure why, but was disappointed in that. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay in. I stayed in a room when I returned on the 27th and I enjoyed that the shower had the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in there, love that feature.

The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The pool was done for maintenance, but they did offer the gym down the street for free with our room key.

Trash cans outside full especially in back Breakfast did not look appetizing. Charged $5 for parking in Hampton Inn parking lot per night.

The front desk clerk was nice and efficient. It was easy to park. We were allowed to use the brea area for our cheer get together

We were on the third floor and as soon as you get off if the elevator it smelled like mold

Nice location. Pleasant staff. Very comfortable and spacious room.

Decor a little out dated. But no big deal. Prefer space, location, and staff pleasantries far more important.
