Love the friendly staff, rooms are super comfortable and clean. The first thing I noticed when we walked in the hotel was how good it smelled. Strange right because we travel a lot and for me that was a first. I love that they offer full bottle shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don't have to bring your own. They have a full snack counter if you can't find what you need in the snack machine. I didn't find a machine that had drinks in it. I would love if they would add this. They had a very clean up-to-date weight room. The pool is warm to the point you can see steam coming off in the evening. Also a very clean pool area. The only downside we got a king suite and we're not able to actually get the king suite because of an accidental overbooking. So we had to sleep in a room with two queen beds. We had no problem with this until My Husband and I realize we've been sleeping together for so many years we couldn't sleep apart, so sleeping in one queen was difficult. Accidents happen and they made accommodations for us which I love. No biggie. We would definitely come and stay again.. We heard there was a full breakfast, but we slept in so we weren't able to comment on that. Also, the rooms have pictures on the outside so it's easy to find your room if you forget your room number!

Just wish we could've got the king suite!

The breakfast was very good.

My disabled son (in a w/c) and I got stuck in the elevator!!! I was furious when the apathetic front desk guy wouldn't talk to me when I called him on the elevator phone. I complained about him to the manager. I also got ate up by something during our stay. The manager and head housekeeper checked out my bed for bedbugs but found none. It may not have had anything at all to do with the room but I didn't have the bites when we checked in! Very uncomfortable and still a mystery. It took about a week to a week and a half to get rid of the very itchy bites.

We had a mix up with reservations and the staff was excellent at rectifying the situation. They even found a better rate. The rooms were recently renovated, and we were the first to use the room we were in. Parking was plentiful, and shopping was nearby, with a QT pretty much sharing the parking lot. Due to the courteous staff we will most definitely stay again whenever we're back in the area.

Everything was great, there was nothing that we didn't like

The staff here at Hampton Inn Tulsa/Broken arrow are very kind and accommodating. The breakfast bar is loaded with way more than most free breakfast in hotels and the breakfast attendant makes your morning more of an experience, in a fun way, as she is humorous and interactive with the guests. We were comfortable in our room, and during our stay we enjoyed the indoor pool, as it was very clean and comfortable to swim in. We will return our next time in Oklahoma.

The food at HAPPY BREAKFAST was good, and interacting and kidding around with kitchen ,desk, and cleaning staff about possible meals that contained foods for " realist meals pessimists meals etc was fun. Thanks to you all. Staff made it even better.

I really found everything good. Maybe personal preferences like a hot tub, snack basket at don't desk in evening. And make sure the room alarm clock from the previous person is off; ie not set to go off at 4:00 am. Thanks.

Keith the night manager was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful and as we stayed three nights, we always observed him busily cleaning and buffing the marble counters in the dining area for the next morning. We heard him say he keeps the coffee fresh for various guests as they come in during the evening and when we asked for housekeeping in the middle of our stay, they did an excellent job and were very friendly. We haven't stayed in such a clean and hospitable hotel in a very long time.

Breakfast was good. Woman in charge of breakfast was a hoot. She kept things moving and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved her singing and spunkiness.

Workers were doing repairs in another room at 8:15 Saturday morning. Their sawing and hammering woke us up.

Hotel still being remodeled. Wife and I both observed tiny, apparent ants, crawling on a night stand near the AC unit as well as on the cabinet below the TV. We were busy preparing to attend a funeral service and never thought to mention the issue to the staff.

We liked everything about our stay. The staff were all friendly, from the moment we walked in until we left. Comfy bed, comfy towels, clean room, it was lovely staying there. 10 out of 10 would recommend it!

Only the fact we needed to get going. It was so nice being there.

The rooms were spacious and the lady who helps with breakfast was hilarious! She helped me to my room and I really appreciated her because she waited outside while I put down my young son. The staff were all very friendly!

Nothing! The heater was a little wonky but the room felt fine anyways
