The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel looked just as the pictures promised! There was construction at the time of our staff but we were not bothered by it.

The only inconvenience was getting to the pool. The hall that is used to get to the pool was under construction so we had to walk outside. That would have been fine, just a little chilly on our stay. We were warned upon check in about the inconvenience.

Very helpful staff. Reservation issue was caused partly by booking.com and partly by hotel but hotel staff worked tirelessly to resolve it to my satisfaction. It's a very basic hotel, nothing fancy, which was exactly what I was looking for. Very clean and quiet.

Bed was very soft, too much so for my preference. No guide at all, either in room or on TV, to TV channels.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by staff and he took care to get us checked in and in our room quickly. The room was clean, free of offensive odors and it was large. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was filling and the ladies working that area did a great job keeping it clean and well stocked. The dining area was clean and spacious. The check out process was easy and the staff member I dealt with was very pleasant and courteous. I completed him on everything and told him that we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was good, Lots of choices with fruit, cereal, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy. The juice/beverage dispenser was not working, but milk and cold water was available. Seating was comfy, and lots of options for different sized families. Miniature golf club and balls were located in the lobby, though we did not use them. Check-in Staff was wonderful, and greeted us with a smile. Acted genuinely interested in us as guest. Very quiet hotel, convenient location and great parking options. Felt very safe and secure. Our room was located right off the lobby and elevator, but we were not bothered by noises. We loved the size of the room, and love that, instead of bar soap in the bathroom, there was pump soap and lotion, and pump shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower as well. Room and Bathroom were spotless, and the room darkening shades in the room was most amazing! Loved them!

It offered lots of stuff for the kids to do, a swimming pool and putt putt course. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

I wish the tvs would let you log into Netflix and other streaming services like other hotels we have stayed at.

The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options. The a/c worked well. The room was very clean.

The toilet didn’t flush in the room we were assigned. The front desk immediately gave us a different room and there were no more issues after that.

Everything was great! They made sure our rooms were beside each other very convenient for us to check on our children, and accommodate our handicapped ♿️ daughter. Children enjoyed the inside pool.

The ladies were rude to my children while they were fixing their breakfast. These were the cooks in the kitchen.

Our whole stay was great. We will be going back there soon for another Family weekend. We had a few key issues at the beginning when we went to our 1st room. I went back down to the desk to discuss the keys. The attendant and I were able to plan accordingly. However, she ended up helping us with the keys again, because of that issue. She upgraded us to a larger room for the inconvenience of our issue. Our Room was Amazing and pretty! We had plenty of room for our family!

Room smelled musty from the air conditioner. Might need to get it cleaned. Room was very humid also.

We were surprised and delighted that it has mini golf on site free with our stay , the pool was great and not crowded, and the girls loved the bunkbed with their own tv.
