The cleanliness, easy access to alot of restaurants and amenities, staff was fantastic.

We were on the second floor and there was a strange noise coming from upstairs or outside. Seemed to happen every 10 or so minutes and sounded like a motor kicking on or generator. Easily ignored by us but I could see someone else getting upset that’s not as accustomed to the noises. Not really a dislike for us either, more of an alert to look into the noise to prevent any future complaints. 🙂

We have stayed there before and will again. Comfy rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was good as usual and everything was kept neat, filled and clean. I like a cup of milk in the morning and it is always very cold and good here. I liked it so much last stay that I looked forward to it this time and was not disappointed.

Cleaning people didn't refill tissue, toilet paper (just the extra roll), or the complementary bathroom stuff after the first day of a 3 night stay. Could have done a better job making the bed. Handles on the waffle maker were loose and couldn't make waffles. Wish there was bacon as a choice.

Convenient location, fair price, nice sized room, friendly staff. Breakfast offered more variety than most "breakfast included" budget properties I've stayed at - muffins, bagels (and cream cheese!), yogurt, cereals, eggs, sausages, waffles, etc.

AC kept the room at a decent temperature, but very humid. The bedding and everything else in the room felt damp.

I liked the fact that the property was close to my home, restaurants, and the BA expressway.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. Please consider adding some real eggs into the imitation ones. Also, the addition of biscuits and gravy and some sort of breakfast potatoes and juices would be so much better! I know food is high, but I think you would get more repeat business!

We travel to Broken Arrow often and always stay here. We stay at La Quinta whenever possible because we like them. Mostly the newer ones.

I did not like the fact that I was charged a $25.00 security deposit upon arriving that was not mentioned anywhere in my reservation or my billing statement.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was friendly.

I was unable to figure out the TV. There were 2 remotes. I could turn the power on, but couldn't access channels. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working, so I gad to go to the lobby to get ice.

This location was amazing. Very modern very clean, pool seemed nice even though we didn’t get to use it. The shower alone blew my mind with the glass doors and the size of the bathroom. Comfortable bed and very cold AC. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip to OK.

La Quinta was able to take us on with very short notice after issues with our previous accommodation plans at a separate hotel. The room was clean, and the check in/out process was very low stress. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The parking area is well lit and the area itself feels safe.

The staff seemed a little stressed, please give them kudos for being professional despite whatever was going on in the background.

Staff was outstanding........check in and check out efficient and smiling Breakfast prepare very nice and good area for eating. Room clean and roomy And, other visitors, with dogs friendly and that also makes La Quinta my FIRST choice in hotels for business or pleasure

This site has no fenced in area for dogs. Walking area had not been picked up but I attribute that to irresponsible dog OWNERS, not the property. I clean up after my dogs and I detest it when others do not.......... I brought out a plastic bag and attempted some pickup one evening. The walking area could be bigger. I walked dogs on upper grassy area but near high traffic roads and rutted so less pleasant for walking.

Everyone is so welcoming. We had to stay somewhere for over a month while we waited for our home to be ready. We felt very safe and well taken care of. The location is centrally located to everything and the accommodations are great. I'm so grateful we chose this hotel.

I don't have anything that we didn't like. They were very welcoming and we were well taken care of.
