The property is unique. the design and architecture and location are different. I like that a lot. The lobby is polished concrete and the breakfast area has a wood ceiling. Really neat.

So. I picked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub and a lobby bar. The pool is abandoned (1 foot of gross rainwater at the bottom) and the hot tub was filled in with concrete and the bar is closed for the time-being This property is clearly being updated but this feels a little bit like bait and switch and the hot tub clearly won't be coming back.

No Actual breakfast, just items that you could purchase. Didn't realize this ahead of time and instructed family that there would be breakfast available, thinking that meant an actual meal. Not having refrigerator space.

There was NO Breakfast menu or No Breakfast served. You would think some type of Continental Breakfast would be served in a NICE establishment such as this one!

The bed was extremely comfortable, very soft. I love the look to the rooms. The ladies that worked the reception area were extremely polite, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and they really went above and beyond and we appreciate their help. And definitely made me want to stay there again.

I know this is more the booking company then the hotel. We didn't know the $100 deposit had to be paid on a card that we couldn't pay cash until we arrived. The coffee pot in the room didn't work and there was no microwave or fridge in the room. Other then that the stay was excellent and we will be back and refer our friends and family

Clean and good value for money. More modern than other hotels we stayed in along Route. Good facilities, very comfortable beds. Free toiletries in room which were great.

All of the staff was understanding when my house was burning from the wildfires and were very good and professional at communication

The ease of process with check in to checking out was amazing.

The lobby is BORING. Don’t know if it’s one of the “since Covid”cases, but the lack of bar is very disappointing. Gives no reason to hang at the hotel and socialize.

Toilet was having problems
