The location was so convenient to a lot of major restaurants and fast food. It was located less than a 10 minute walk to IHop and the Woodlands Hills Mall. My room was clean and comfortable and my floor was pretty quiet. I stayed 3 nights as my Mother's Day get away. Breakfast was on point with the breakfast varieties for hot meal ☺️

The first lady that attended to breakfast on my first morning wasn't too friendly with me when I asked if the omelette contained cheese. She just replied it's a Western Omelette. So I had to Google it for myself. My room was not cleaned after the first night but they cleaned it on third day when I took my own dirty towels the closest service person I found on my floor that morning.

Clean. Great location. Second time to stay there.

It said pet friendly, but when I got there, I was charged a 75$ non-refundable charge for my puppy. There was absolutely no damage. He was one of the main reasons I was in Tulsa. I carried him everywhere as he is very small and young. We had NO accidents. The morning check out lady was very impersonable and kind of rude when I asked her a question. I forgot my phone charging cord and asked to borrow one so I would not be traveling with a dead phone. I had my granddaughter with me.

This was the nicest Hampton that we have stayed at. The room was exceptionally clean. We even checked the a/c interior and filters and found them to be very clean, which is important to us. The breakfast included egg white vegetable omeletes, sausage, potatoes, muffins, waffles and more. The location is near a mall in Tulsa, so there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Nothing. This was a good hotel at a competitive price.

Everything. The complimentary coffee and tea and hot chocolate is for anytime of the day. Beds and rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool was nice and staff was excellent. I arrived 30 minutes early and they put me in a different room on the bottom floor which was better for me and my family anyways but it was the fact she was accommodating without me even asking if it was okay to check in early. It was wonderful. I won’t stay anywhere else when I am in Tulsa. Breakfast was exceptional.

Check in was good, the front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Our room was clean and set up nicely.

We showed up to breakfast at 9:30 (it ends at 10) and there was nothing left. No eggs, pastries, bagels, nothing. I was only able to eat a waffle. The people helping with breakfast were rude and made comments about how it should end at 9 and people should get here earlier.

There was a mix-up with our reservation originally, however, the front desk receptionist took care of everything and got us into a room. He was kind and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and in a good location for the event we were attending.

The only issue we had was the cabinet door to the refrigerator broke off. We alerted the front desk when we checked out. Breakfast was typical "free" breakfast. It would be nice if hotels would have more healthy options for breakfast

The location was great. Our truck broke down the first day there and there was an auto shop right on the corner. They fixed us up, we were within walking distance of several shops, the mall and a book store. Wonderful choices for dining, we had Cheesecake Factory!

I can't think of anything. The staff were all friendly suggesting places to see and eat while we visited.

I was pleasantly surprised because I stay in Tulsa twice a year for the big Gun Show and I stay across the road at the Marist or Holiday inn. I didn’t no you existed and my daughter book my reservations this time and everything was great. I will be booking with you all from now on. Thank you for a pleasant stay

It was clean. The room was spacious. I opted not to have housekeeping come in, so they left me clean towels and wash clothes in a bag at my door. I appreciated that added touch. All of the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good.

The breakfast was standard hotel fare (included in the price). The location was where we needed to be. The room was as expected for a Hampton with a comfortable bed, good AC. The elevator was broken when we go there, but fixed the next day.

It was fine, as expected. The coffee was pretty bad at breakfast. I’m a coffee drinker but didn’t drink it. Otherwise it was fine.
