Our stay at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tulsa East was incredible, thanks to the outstanding hospitality from the managing partner, Sunny. We mistakenly assumed the airport shuttle ran earlier than 10 AM, and when we called at 9 AM, Sunny personally came to pick us up—and even offered to take us for breakfast along the way. He later offered to drive us back to the airport at 8 AM for our return flight. When we tried to tip him, he kindly asked us to tip his hardworking staff instead. That level of generosity and service is rare. Sunny truly went above and beyond, and we’re beyond grateful. Customer service was 100/10—thank you for making our trip so smooth and welcoming!

Checking in was quick, easy, and delightful upon arrival. We get to our room, start settling in and the room phone rings...after my partner, sister and I looked at each other for a second, as if to take a non-verbal vote as to whom had to answer the call, I lost the vote and picked it up. Wouldn't you know...it was the extremely nice, helpful man from the front desk giving us a call to make sure our party got into our room without issues, and to see if we needed anything else! So...I guess I actually WON because that type of customer service isn't something we encounter much these days and it made my day. Thank you sir, for you hospitality and kindness!

I was hoping for some hotel breakfast waffles after a late night at the Justin Timberlake concert and before a long drive back home, but the couple things I did grab for a quick breakfast was enough to hold me over.

Clean, interior up to date, convenient to airport. Reasonably priced.

Loud. Could hear outside door thumping closed off and on during the night, and we were not that close to the exterior door. So if you’re a light sleeper, this might not be your spot to stay. Also, found it odd that ALL persons staying in the room had to show their personal id to stay! I’ve never had to do that anywhere in the States before.

The room was great! spacious and clean. the bed was very comfy and a Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus! but the breakfast....Yuck!! very sparse with few options. not even butter or jelly for toast. no meat at all. just an awful way to end what was a wonderful stay. (I guess that is why the rate was so good!)

Room is a bit dark, could use more lights. Sausage was mostly fat. No fruit at breakfast No plain nonsugar oatmeal Coffee is not good.

The big tub the staff was so nice, the rooms were a good size for the two of us, the breakfast was okay just needed some fruit and bread for toast, butter and jelly.

Started out a little rocky when I was checking in but the manager was pleasant and offered to correct anything that wasn't satisfactory

Parking was not convenient to the door to building but they had a luggage cart. Traffic noise was really bad due to proximity of highway

Already discussed problems with manager owner. He was very pleasant and professional. Problem had to do with night attendant and group of highschool guests.

Noise during nite with no control over group of high schoolers staying that nite.

We arrived past dark. Hotel seemed clean on the inside and out. Front desk gentleman was very nice. Room was just what we needed, a place to sleep before our flight. I would stay again when traveling my through.

Pillows were so small like throw pillows in a couch.

Everything was greAt. It was quiet. We enjoyed ourselves.

The whirlpool tub did not work. That was the main reason we choose to stay.
