The hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The location felt safe and was convenient to local stores and restaurants. I appreciated the complimentary coffee station and how well-maintained everything was.

The room felt a bit smaller than expected, and there wasn’t much storage space for luggage. Breakfast was limited—would’ve liked more hot options. Also, the parking lot was a little tight when the hotel was full.

The breakfast was great, I follow a certain diet and they had a lot of choices for even me. The options are healthy and there was plenty. The beds are so soft and the rooms are perfect. They are on the smaller side, but you don't really notice. The bathroom is huge and was stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. I love staying at this brand hotel.

The only thing I did not like was that we had to get up early and leave. The beds are so comfortable I wished I could have slept in a little longer. :)

We booked this location after being forced to leave a Holiday Inn Express we had booked down the Street. Both properties are listed on booking.com as "pet friendly", but apparently only AVID actually IS! The staff is super friendly and the property is newer and clean.

We liked almost everything. Unfortunately there was a truck with a trailer parked across about 12 spaces, making parking difficult for everyone else. Not really the hotel's fault though.

There is great overall value during the Tulsa Gun Show weekend as long as there is no ongoing riot throughout the hotels by adolescent cheerleading and their adolescent parents! God, I wish I could have recorded the events for posterity, but there are social values that we must respect when video-recording adolescents. Of course, I'm referring to both the children and parents; it could have been an Animal House Toga Party fueled by Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate, Wine Spritzer, Michelob Ultra, and endless consumption of sugar-laced snacks.

The hotel was overrun by cheerleading teams of young girls and their families and was a two-night train wreck. They eat a lot of the food, alcohol, and wine bottles left everywhere and make noise all night. The staff works hard to keep the children in check. The parents did nothing to manage the girls. They were all to business with the adult party. I take my hat off to the staff for doing their best. NO ONE in the hotel got any sleep at the hotel, and we were unable to find other accommodations in town during the Tulsa gun show. And yet no discount or adjustment was offered, which is very disappointing.

It was close to many restaurants in the area. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy with the best pillows. The surrounding area seems very well polished and safe.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. You had to make your own oatmeal. The only warm food available to eat was a jimmy dean sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The rest was cereal, fruit, granola bars, etc.

We were in a room designed for 4 people but it was only stocked with two sets of towels which were on the small side to begin with. We asked for more and were told they did not have extra wash rags. How does a hotel not have enough of those at 5 pm when everything should have been washed from that morning? This is why I rated overall experience "good" versus "excellent "

The room was very comfortable, and the services, especially the free WiFi met my needs. I also found it very convenient that I could park in a spot right next to my room. Having the TV was also nice since the weather was intense during my stay.

For the most part, everything worked out really well. The only think that felt off was the pieces of tape over the smoke detector, but that didn't bother me too much and was likely because the previous guest was annoyed by the flashing light.

I loved the breakfast! It was the best from all the hotels I've ever stayed in. There were many healthy options. The coffee was the best of any hotel yet

There was only one thing that I wondered about. There was like a slight sewer smell in parts of the hotel. ...near elevator to 4th floor. There was no odor on fourth floor or in our room..it was more on first level.

The reception lady was one of the most welcoming I have ever met. The location made for very easy in and out.

The breakfast was very disappointing. I expected scrambled eggs, waffles and oatmeal. What was offered were tiny sausage McMuffins, yogurt tins, bananas and granola type bars. The second day we did not bother for a second disappointment and instead just drove half a block down the street for McDonalds and the real sausage McMuffins.

It is incredibly modern. Free coffee from a machine that grinds the beans per cup in the lobby available all day was pretty cool. The TV was fully interactive and even gave me the option to check out on it. It greeted me by name, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only thing that I would ding them on is the fact that there is one microwave and it’s in the lobby. There’s a fridge in the room, which I liked, but it was weird to not have a microwave in the room. Definitely not a deal-breaker, though.
