I was pleased with the check-in. It was very clean very inviting and I was super happy with the guy who checked me in.

I am traveling for work and I cannot get into a store until 1130 and I was leaving at 10:30. Packing my car and the housekeeping locked me out of the room and she wasn’t going to let me back in and I just told her it’s 1030. My stuff is still in there. I’m loading my car and she still wasn’t going to open it And I said I’d go downstairs that was fine and she finally opened it. That is why I have not returned it was a great place super close to where I’m working, but life is hard enough without getting locked out your room.

First, we liked that it didn't have your everyday day hotel soaps. They had Dove brand hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. So our hair didn't dry out, and the lotion was just a bonus. Second, we also looked at many hotels, and some charged for breakfast and WiFi, and this one did not. Third, the receptionist, Sarah, was so friendly and sweet. Fourth, the pool and hot tub were clean and the music was a nice touch. Finally, our room was nice. We had a suite for 6 people and didn't feel crowded. The desk was a nice added touch (I brought my laptop to do school work, and it was nice to have a place to sit) and plenty of lightening. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The parking lot is a bit awkward and small.

Everything was great. Excellent communication from the staff as well. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was open so we were happy about that. We were thinking the pool was heated as well but it did not feel that way

Lotion smelt weird but that's super minor. I think it was old. Also our toilet was missing a cover on the screw and it was rusted. I noticed it every time I went to the restroom.

It is a great place to stay and easy to get around the place. Breakfast was good but the sausage gravy was GREAT , they need that every morning. I had a little trouble with the TV at first but the girl at the front desk, Jamie, came up and took care of it for me, that was a life saver.

Like I said the TV wasn't working right at first but Jamie took care of it . And I wish you had the sausage gravy more often for breakfast. If there was a room touch up while there would be great , like trash pick up and new towels during the stay would have been great.

The hotel was GREAT. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The beds linens were crisp, white and fresh. The bathrooms exceptionally clean with nice DOVE amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a very large variety of food, including a turkey sausage for me ( I don't eat pork products). I was delighted with my stay.

Exceptionally managed and operated! The customer service is above and beyond what I’ve experienced in hotels 3x pricier. It’s an exceptional value. The pool was quite nice. Everything immaculately clean. Again, what puts this over the top and on level of excellence is the quality management and the experience created. Highly recommend. Too, it’s close to Costco and many good restaurants. Even close to good shopping and easy access to highway.

There was temporary loss of electricity in area that affected hotel, but management was exceptionally accommodative and made experience as good as it could’ve been.

Price was great. The staff professionalism out shined any disappointment I had with facilities.

Facilities were bit ehh, Hot tub and pool not in proper working order, and door to room latch broken for deadbolt’s functioning. One elevator was beeping all night as well due to some malfunction. Also no breakfast available due to staff member absence.

Due to the family event we didn’t spend much time in the hotel other than sleeping and getting breakfast! The time we did spend we found the staff cordial helpful and the room was excellent especially the walk in shower and the accessible bathroom! Very pleased to have gotten a king sized bed instead of two queens!

Very clean, comfortable beds, love the refrigerators in the room.

Didn't like that when I was searching for a hotel, My filter was pet friendly. On this site, it stated this facility was, when in fact it was not!. That threw a kink into our plans of having to find a dog sitter. Also, I wish there was a way to get an earlier check-in time.

Breakfast was mixed, Tuesday had great variety, Wednesday and Thursday had less selection. Hot water dispenser very short on amount of water though staff were quick to refill when asked

Funky odor in some parts of hotel, especially on Tuesday. Pool not available though we would not have used it. Alarm going off during thunderstorms on two of the three nights we were there
