breakfast was delicious and very clean in the serving line.

I was not given a receipt when we checked out. She said, we would receive one on our credit card. This is not proper business procedure. Also, the coffee pot provided it the room would not work. Not a good product. I would change them because they said they had lots of problems with them. I would also remove the hair dryer off of the bathroom door as it bans each time you close the door. the room could use a large lamp for more lighting.

Clean updated nice facility would stay again

The only complaint we had as a family was that there was too much chlorine in the pool and it burned our eyes when we swim in the pool and it was too cold in the pool room. We did voice our complaints to Ashley at the front desk and she said that was a maintenance problem and that we would have talked to maintenance, that was the only issue

The hotel was nice, clean, and smoke-free! The breakfasts were good. The kitchen lady, Randi, was awesome! Most everything was just fine.

Nothing bad. I was a bit disappointed that there were no cinnamon rolls while we were there. Not a big deal, as there were plenty of other things to eat. It was in a nice location by the river in a nice looking part of town; however, it was not in the town our event was in and we had to drive all the way through town to get to the hotel, so it was quite a drive. But the price was good.

Great location for our family to meet. The restaurant next door was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. The best in a long time!! Walking distance to many things. Beds were nice. We slept well.

We had loud neighbors one night so walls are thin. Lighting for reading in the area where the couch was had zero lighting so made the space dark. You had to read in bed. Elevator a little slow.

Location. Being next to the aquarium. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who runs the breakfast was awesome. Thank you.

The traffic/direction makes it hard to get to the property. A little more lighting at the entrance during nighttime would be helpful. Bed was okay but need some newer pillows.

It was so clean. And every single staff member was exceptionally kind and informative. Every time we saw staff we were kindly greeted and asked if we were ok. Not ignored, like in most places. The cleanliness was top notch

The breakfast was excellent and they changed things in the menu a little the next day. The location was near many restaurants but very quiet for sleeping at night. The staff was helpful and showed us how to work the TV.

They needed a few more staff. The receptionsist was going to room to fix things and also responsible for checking guests in.

My special requests were met and the balcony was amazing.

We had the breakfast and the biscuits were burnt and raw at the same time. We tried to alert staff but they did seem to care

We loved the friendly, hardworking staff. They were always available and willing to help with any need we were having. Also we thoroughly enjoyed the location.

Our bathroom toilet wasn't working exactly right.

The breakfast area could have used 2 staff people ...poor girl was refilling food and drinks and cleaning tables....so a lot of customers had to wait on coffee to be made...I arrived for breakfast at 7:30am.
