Super clean. Staff very accommodating. She put my blue ice on a freezer in the back; then I retrieved it in the morning. Breakfast area was quite extensive: apples, oranges, cold hard boiled eggs, hot cooked scrambled egg discs wrapped in paper bag, small veggie omelets wrapped in paper bag, bread products, cereal products, juices, granola bars, yogurt. They had coffee and tea available 24 hours.

There is no microwave in the room. Did have a very small refrigerator, which was nice, but it had no freezer compartment. Looks like the newer hotels/ motels are only putting in showers. Gone are the tubs. I would have loved to soak before retiring, but could not.

That it was new and felt clean. Although, I walked barefoot in my room and when I got in the shower the bottom the shower was black from my feet (super dirty floor?). I liked the washer and dryer.

Right now, it is remote, but I expect that in a year it’ll be in the middle of a growing intersection. Also, my room (327) last night had a constant dripping in the drain (sounded like coming from the room or floor above). Was definitely annoying and kept me awake.

I enjoyed everything this particular hotel had to offer! The room and amenities were great! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!!!! Very clean! Nicely decorated and updated room. Large amounts of Dove products to use in pumps! It was nice not to have those tiny pieces of hotel soaps/shampoo/conditioners to use. Extremely clean! Great front entrance security at night and the hot breakfast sandwiches were a really nice treat! The coffee was perfect to my personal liking! Will look for other Avid Hotels to stay at for now on! A plus rating!

The morning front desk clerk spent all her time on her cellphone looking at Social Media then greeting guests! Young girl need better PR Training! They need to learn to PUT THOSE CELLPHONES UP WHEN THEY ARE AT WORK!!!!!!

Easy to get to at night and not being from there. Some road construction along the way. Updated clean convenient location bed comfy plenty of towels Dove liquid soaps were nice. Fridge kept drinks cold

I arrived two hours later than planned from airport since all flights were late and car rental was not quick. So I checked in after midnight and male attendant was none too happy having to buzz me in. There was a humming every second while in room 304. Shower drain cover was not secured. On day 2 room had a rough time staying set to cool temp

We left the property at 6:00 a.m. so no breakfast. I love the fact that you can get a fresh made cup of coffee any time day or night. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to start serving breakfast at 6:00 a.m. instead of 6:30. There were a few people in the lobby at 5:15 a.m. when I went down for coffee. I think you would have guests available to enjoy breakfast at that time.

Absolutely everything! Staff was like family, met every need we had and more. We stayed 5 nights so we got to experience so many great things from the delicious fresh breakfast, cleaning staff, the 24 hours a day fresh ground coffee, cold seltzer water and hot tea with honey!

What’s there not to love?

I loved everything about the hotel and had a wonderful 3 day weekend trip! The whole hotel was so clean and so welcoming! They cleaned the room each day while we were out and it was wonderful to come back to a made bed and all of my belongings still there! The breakfast they offered had great options for both adults and kids, very healthy and quick! I can’t say enough good things about my stay here!

I had zero problems!

Breakfast was good! Coffee all day and it was also good. Checkin in went very smooth even booking through booking.com. The hotel is right next to an outlet mall. So it was really nice to be able to go down the road and still be next to everything! It is about 10 minutes from downtown town. Very clean hotel and I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. it is a newer property. The room was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. We will be adding Avid hotels to our list of places to stay.

We wanted to lounge by the pool, but there are no lounge chairs. The Avid Hotel by the hospital has lounge chairs, so if you are planning on relaxing by the pool, you should consider going there.

It was a very nice hotel, the room was very clean and nice as well. It was in an developing area so traffic was at a minimum all the time for now. That was very nice. I'd imagine even once fully developed, it will still be a nice area to stay in.

My only complaint is that the PTAC AC Unit was very noisy. The only thing to minimize it was to drop the fan to low and even then, it has a rattle. Luckily I normally sleep with a loud fan so I was ok.
