The room was clean and very comfortable, well arranged, bed comfortable and pillows wonderful. Pool clean . Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Laundry facility available, I would put a coin machine payable both with dollar bills and credit cards. Soap is sold at the reception, only with credit card, like other various and different items one might need, also payable only with credit card . Location is optional for various fast food places and services, including Walmart for different needs one might have. Thanks!

They have a beautiful pond right out our room window it was right by the door so it was convenient cause I’m a smoke but don’t like to smoke inside “not sure if they have smoking rooms or not”. I did put rose petals everywhere not sure if that’s allowed but I did clean them up one of the front desk lady’s wanted to see it and made me feel like I did an amazing job for my wife, she was making us laugh and very friendly wish I would have got her name she’s a small blond with glasses works the front desk she deserves a raise

I wish the workout room was a little bigger and had more equipment for some reason I couldn’t get anything to work like the treadmill could have been user error in my part though

The room was quite comfortable and plenty of room to move around.

We reserved the room for 5 people specifically. There were only towels for 3 and there was no bedding for the pullout. If the question is asked it should be noted and accommodated for. Having to go back downstairs at 3 am after checking in is not ideal.

Nice and clean, and the outside was very well kept up.

The bathroom shower (at least ours) could flood the whole room. I think we got handicap room and there was no lip at the bottom for the walk-in shower and keep the water IN the shower.

From the moment we pulled in the parking lot, the hotel was very well lit and we felt very safe. The hotel smelled good when we walked in the door and our room was great! The breakfast was good, fairly basic, but the area was clean and breakfast was well stocked. The breakfast attendant was very visible and helpful!

Facility was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly.

The specific room we were in, the shower curtain blew in on you while trying to shower. This caused water to cover bathroom floor and humidity in the bathroom made floor extremely slick.
