very clean & the beds were so comfy. The hotel bar was very nice and they even had karaoke going on when we stayed. Good location.

the Starbucks. We had a terribke experience with the employee that was working and training two new hires was absolutely rude. She told one of my friends she didn’t have sweet cold foam and then the next friend that order told her she would have to make it up. Long story short she ended up putting just whipped cream on the top of their drinks so they got charged $2.00 for whip cream. As we were waiting in some other friends drinks my friend & I that was already down there she wanted to get a flat lid and so we asked one of the ladies training if she could get one and she was going to grab it and then the main lady that was training stopped her and said no don’t give it to them. For whatever reason I don’t know and neither did the lady training…it was ridiculous.

I did not have the breakfast there but I did get coffee in the mornings. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. It provided a relaxing get away after a busy day out. The bathroom was nice and clean.

The shower door did not remain closed but kept opening, letting a draft in while showering. I didn't get maid service the last two days during my stay. Because there was a children's dance competition and soccer game (separate events) during my stay there were a couple of nights when children were running up and down the hall giggling and laughing. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

We actually weren’t expecting our room to be cleaned during our stay and to our surprise the beds were made and additional towels were placed when we returned that evening. The housekeeper added a special touch with topping the bed with our daughter’s special blanket! So sweet and amazing! Thank you😊

Great location Very clean and quiet

The staff at the front desk said when we check out, we could split costs on our credit cards. When we got ready to check out the next day, nobody there knew how to do it. Many angry and frustrated people in my line. Also, when we asked some staff about directions, or food choices, they simply said, “I don’t know; no one was very helpful. Not enough people in Starbucks. Way too long.

The hotel was very clean. Elevators were always available and loved having Starbucks in the lobby. The few employees that we did encounter were very friendly.Also liked that it was very close to Oral Roberts University.

Did not like that despite advertising, the sports bar was closed. The food we ate at the hotel restaurant was simply frozen food that was heated up - the fries were good tough.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the buffet attendants were absolutely so warm and welcoming! Also all the food on the bfast buffet was of great quality. Alot of hotels use lesser quality items but I feel like Marriot actually had real food prepared with care.

The breakfast was great. Also used grab and go for the day we left before the restaurant opened.

My only complaint is that I was in a room with a bathroom designed for handicap. It was hard getting in to the shower as the seat did not stay up.

The whole place was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and sports bar served delicious food and had lovely atmosphere.

I had to park a ways out a few times bc of the many paid parking spots, but it’s wasn’t too bad.

This was for my birthday. My husband, myself and friends stayed here. Location was great, close to the places we were going to. Easy check in. Room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Highly recommended this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay.

Our front desk attendant was the sweetest and most likable person. (She deserves recognition!) She was swamped and dealt with many pressuring situations and rude travelers, while she kept her cool and remained polite with a beautiful, sincere smile!!

The hotel has spotty air conditioning. One room within the hotel is muggy and warm, another may be freezing. I realize people entering and leaving affect this, so I am forgiving.
