This was my second time staying at the Campbell Hotel on Route 66. The hotel is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and everything is tastefully and purposefully decorated. The rooms have different themes and this time we stayed in the Camelot room with a beautiful four post canopied bed and gorgeous chest of drawers. The location is close to some nightlife (recommend Dante's Woodfired Pizza a mile away). The staff is as friendly can be and parking in the back is so close and convenient. Campbell Hotel will be my go to hotel as long as I keep going back to Tulsa! Thanks for your time.

I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, John-Michael was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The lobby, hallways, elevator and room were beautifully designed and meticulously clean. One standout feature was the rustic design! BEAUTIFUL! It truly added to the overall experience and showcased the hotel’s dedication to quality and guest satisfaction. John-Michael went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, and I appreciated the service I received. He even told my husband and I the history of the hotel and town which was so fascinating. You could tell he loved the hotel like it was his own. Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will certainly return in the future. **Rating:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location and history. It was once likely a spectacle refurbished boutique hotel.
It needs a thorough cleaning and repair. The coffee machine had an old coffee pod, the pod receptacle had coffee and dust residue and finger print smudges, I cleaned it before making a cup of coffee. The doors were dirty with finger print smudges some that I wiped and cleaned just to see if they were truly dirty, they were. The door and corners throughout the room were thick with dust. The bathroom corners were dirty and dusty as was the area behind the sink. The bed was clean. The filet and sink were clean so those were good. The toilet was wobbly. There were holes in the wall that need repair.

Really nice attention to detail. The place felt really historic. I liked that there was a bar on site. The suites were roomy and comfortable.
Construction on the road was a little bit tricky. We were in the equestrian room and it looked like it could use some paint touchups. Some of the decor was broken. The bar did not appear to be affiliated with the hotel, and could not charge the drinks to the room. No restaurant on site, but we had reservations at really nice restaurants, so that was not really so much of a problem

Beautiful, quirky, unique & traditional are words to describe this lovely Hotel & the warm, friendly welcome from the wonderful Christina, who couldn’t do enough to help us, was just delightful. Equally Michael John, who checked us out was just as kind, helpful & friendly, making sure we had all we needed for our journey. Our room, more of a suite than just a room, was marvellous & felt like we were in our own little house for the night. We had everything we needed & loved that our surname is the the same name as the hotel! A splendid place to stay, wish we could have stayed more than one night!
Everything was great except for the fixed head shower (which are still everywhere it seems) and a hot breakfast option would have been lovely but having the fridge & microwave helped a lot.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the location is great (in the quiet area, near several places with tasty food). The room was clean and was spacious enough.
The hotel is charming and cute, however, some things in the room were not working, for exaple, the main lamp in the room. We decided we are not going to use it, hence didnt bother to check it out. Hot water takes long time to actually get hot. Another thing we found a bit bizare - is absense of the hand soap, but it was given by the staff. I think it should be there as basic neccesity, like toilet paper.

Great place to stay. The comfiest bed i have ever slept in and it was super big too with fab pillows! Lots of character and charm, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and plenty of storage and enjoyed a drink and chatter at the bar in the building.
Wifi wasn't good which is a must when travelling so far from home. Although the bed was amazing, i did think we may get a 'themed' room as i had informed the hotel that it was my husband's 60th the night we were staying when first booking a long time ago. Little touches like this mean a lot. But still enjoyed our stay 😊

We cannot thank the Campbell Hotel enough for their customer service. We had car issues on our journey and needed to change our prepaid reservation, and they did that for us without blinking an eye. It really saved us the stress of losing out the hotel cost on top of the expenses the car issue caused. The hotel is really beautiful and unique. There is a true sense of history there. The staff were terrific and we will definitely be staying there again.

We loved the beauty of the hotel. We were from Oklahoma City coming into Tulsa for a wedding. We searched for hotels downtown and the Campbell was a really good value AND had onsite parking, which we really wanted. It is a hidden jewel! Friends and family in Tulsa did not know about the Campbell at all. But they do now! We liked it was only 2 story with an elevator and a bar; a great bartender with a good playlist. It's great place. Loved the decor of the room and the wood floors(way better than carpet)!
We really didn't have any issues.

Great decor, vibe, comfortable bed, great bathtub, discreet and private. Cool bar, employees were nice and helpful. They had a great muffin too.
My room was next to a maintenance closet which meant I could hear a lot of housekeeping when I was in. The safe in the closet wasn't working, and walls are thin. Not the hotel's fault, but there's a lot of construction on the streets outside.
