Charming, historic hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beautiful view of Downtown Tulsa from rooftop bar.

Key card activation and subsequent use with the elevators is super buggy. Encountered a lot of people stuck riding the elevator because they couldn’t get their key card to scan correctly and allow them to select their room floor. In the room, there weren’t any outlets within reach of the bed, which is understandable given the hotel’s age, but still inconvenient. And the freezer compartment had been left open on our room’s mini fridge and the entire fridge had effectively been turned into a freezer.

Unbelievable gorgeous suite. Comfy, clean, so classy. It was a real luxury experience. Kitchen with all appliances. Such a beautiful place, and close to the arts centre of town. The valet parking was great, Brian was so helpful. The suite was so gorgeous, loved the layout. The staff couldn't havve been more friendly. BUT - they didn't have much in the way of useful info.

Staff were so friendly. However they didn't seem to know enough to help us out. The next day after our arrival, we took a walk and chatted to front of house staff at the hotel across the road. They were able to give us lots of info about where to eat, and gave us a tourist brochure to help us out. The staff at The Mayo didn't seem to have any local knowledge at all. So disappointing. Restaurant and room service NOT AVAILABLE on Monday nights!!! Too bad if that's when you happen to arrive. This is a service industry that's selective about when that service is available. Re the suite itself: we were perplexed that we had such a great kitchen BUT there was no crockery, no cutlery, very strange. Why provide such amenities but no tools???

Friendly staff, very comfy bed, quiet area and beautiful Art Deco hotel. Spacious room with good amenities

Food options limited to room service and a small cafe/bar. Lacking a good restaurant especially as many of the local restaurants are closed on a Monday (when we stayed). Also we were looking forward to visiting the rooftop bar but it was only open from wed to sat. I feel that this hotel has so much unrealised potential - it has a beautiful lobby but nothing else in the communal areas.

Loved the rooftop bar views and nice staff.

We got a low floor room which was a let down. Then the room’s a/c was out which the engineer fixed quickly. After we came back from the rooftop, the room’s a smelled like sewer. The engineer came back and offered us a room change. We took the offer and it was fabulous. Also shout out to the valet. Fast and very friendly. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the suite's layout, which was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to spread out. The hotel lobby is stunning and serves as an ideal spot for capturing memorable photographs.

In the suite, we noticed a few deficiencies: - Lack of trash cans - No soap or kitchen towels in the kitchen - The cabinets were completely empty, which seemed unusual - Additional glasses, besides mugs, would have been appreciated.

Loved the architecture and history showcased around the hotel. Staff were very welcoming. Room was huge and loved the big walkin shower. Corner room gave 189 degree views

The rooftop bar wasn’t open due to staff shortages. (Tuesday) and limited food options. Not a lot on offer around the hotel to make up for it but did find a great little Italian restaurant down the street

Our room was clean and spacious. We liked the view from our 9th floor window! The kitchenette was a nice touch. I hate having to get my drinking water from the bathroom faucet!

Our stay was good. The only thing that was a negative was a guest down the hall named Brenda who had visitors at 245 am knocking on her door and calling out her name. Other visitors came around 3 is and were loud also. There was nothing the hotel could have done about that, though. There was also a stain on the duvet on the bed.

Bill in the Cafe/Bistro was the most amazingly friendly, warm and welcoming guy. He was full of useful information, historical knowledge about the hotel and the area in general. He actually made the whole stay really memorable for us..

The hotel is spectacular but needs a little attention and love and care in places. Needs updating a little. The rooftop bar and patio seemed a little musty and in need of redecoration. The food from the bar menu was cold and inedible..not great for a bar with such history. Massively overpriced which wouldn't have mattered if it had been tasty and a decent temperature. Wedding party on the Saturday night made it awkward for valet and general entry to the hotel... not something you expect when paying the rates we were.. we literally ad to wait and ask nicely for strangers to let us past to get into the hotel.

Location

The barman on the roof top on Friday night complained to customers that with the new management, he was short staffed and the kitchen was 21 floors below which created a lot of extra work for him, he seemed put out and mentioned it to me and other dinners, so I herd the comment 3 times. This felt a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was fantastic! The room was clean and it was the on the cheaper side for being that nice of a hotel. The shower was also great!

We had a few homeless people harass us when trying to park and walk into the hotel. One knocked on our window while holding a stick while we was waiting to park and we didn’t feel comfortable walking to our concert venue. I know this isn’t the property’s fault but it was a little off putting.
