Nice location - very central and easy to walk to many restaurants. Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Nice that there was an indoor pool. Gym is by the pool and looked decent. No issue with the hotel itself or staff.

Booked thru booking.com and hotel price was higher than price booked. Appears extra taxes were added and then taxed again for parking. Very frustrating. Didn't like that parking isn't included. The parking garage that the hotel uses is $10/day yet the hotel charges $19/day. Didn't know that until you already have paid the hotel and on your way to park. Parking definitely should be cheaper if you're staying at the hotel. Breakfast is from 6a-9a. Who wakes up by 9a on a Saturday when you're traveling with kids?!

Ended up here after a flight from Montana to Dallas was rerouted to Tulsa. It had been a very long, trying day. All the airport hotels were booked, so we chose this one, being somewhat familiar with Tulsa. Took an Uber and arrived at 12:30 am and were greeted by a friendly, helpful young lady. There were some snacks, frozen pizza, etc. available for purchase, which was good since we had been on a plane for 9 hours. The rooms were big, clean, well laid out, great bed and awesome pillows (both soft and firm on each bed) and good lighting (a pet peave of mine). Breakfast was decent. And, lucky for us, right around the corner, a couple blocks away, was an Avis car rental location where we got a car and drove back to Dallas that morning.

The local was perfect for all the things I wanted to do: only 3 blocks away from the Woodie Guthrie and Bob Dylan centers and only 4 blocks from the historic Greenwood district. Many great restaurants in the area, so I tried four different ones for dinner during my 4 night stay -- all easy walking distance.

The hotel didn't have a facility to mail postcards, so I had to walk over a mile to the closest Post Office for that. I'm not certain I received appropriate discounts; perhaps this hotel takes whatever the booking website offers. I asked about a "senior discount" and the personnel were uncertain and made a phone call, but told me nothing. I later found a posted note on their counter that mentioned discounts for seniors, military, etc. but they never addressed this with me. E

The space was perfect for our night out. We had plenty of space for the food and getting glammed up for the club. We had five adults with 2 queens and a fold out couch. The staff were super nice and helpful. The beds were so comfy. The breakfast was impressive.

I don't like the walk between the parking Garage and the hotel. It was a longer walk than expected. My wife has mobility issues and we weren't prepared for the distance. Also you have to pay for parking. I feel like hotels should have free parking for guests.

The location is across the street from the Magic City Book Store and around the corner from the Bob Dylan Center and the Woodie Guthrie Museum. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance-all in the Greenwood District/Arts District. The breakfast options are great and the staff are helpful. The parking garage is about a half block away but is desirable since street parking can be hard to find.

Archer Ave can be rowdy at night creating some car and crowd noise. There are room options that can avoid this.

The facility was clean and the location was wonderful. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was wonderful--helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay a terrific experience. When I booked the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary. When we arrived, there was a card signed by all of the staff wishing us a happy anniversary. How sweet and thoughtful!

Convenient to our activities while in town. Nice area in lobby to visit with friends. Nice breakfast. Nice that there was covered parking about 1/2 block away, using your key card to enter/exit. (Paid parking thru hotel)

Some homeless people in the area (who were nice and not threatening when we encountered them in the daytime behind the hotel.). The computer available for use was not working and I was not even able to open a web browser to check my email. I was informed that they were in the process of replacing the computer, so hopefully that won’t affect others.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the BOK center for the concert that we were attending. The breakfast had many options and was overall tasty. The room was the perfect size for a couple.

I had to pay $19 to park in the parking garage. Not bad for a safe place to park but wish that was disclosed when booking the hotel. Bookings said the hotel had parking, when I did filter for parking.

I enjoyed the location. Was able to walk or uber to places in downtown Tulsa. Liked I was able to walk or Uber anyplace i wanted to go after I arrived. Staff and check in was super fast.

The parking garage is a little inconvenient to get to from the property. And the cost to park seemed a little high especially if staying more than one night.

Cleanliness, Staff was very helpful, peaceful. Location of the hotel, easily accessible from Airport Breakfast was hot and taste nice. Staff in the kitchen was really polite and helpful.

No drinking water in the room. I had to request for the toothbrush and toothpaste. No slippers for use in the room. I have been to multiple Holiday Inns so I could see the difference in the food variety and amenities in the room.
