It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is absolutely wonderful!!!! Our heater didn’t work and they very promptly moved us to another room with no issue and gave us a late check out time for the trouble. Every person we came into contact with was amazing :) The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The parking because of being downtown is a nightmare, we used the valet service for convince, but it’s pricey at $30 per night. Plus you tip the people when they retrieve your vehicle every time you need it. However, the process of getting your vehicle is very easy.

Awesome location, we walked most nights to whatever fun we were having, and tons of great food right around the corner. The comfort was through the roof— slept like a baby. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Parking at this particular Hyatt is non-existent. Luckily, street parking is free over the weekend in downtown Tulsa. There’s a public lot two blocks away, other than that you’re looking at curbside parking, including in “loading zones” that are available throughout the weekend. Also, GFCI outlet in the bathroom did not work.

Very clean hotel at the excellent location with restaurant in the lobby that works until 9:30 pm. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was nice and quiet.I liked the breakfast area looking outside the street over huge windows, so that was a very nice experience.Breakfast didn't have too many options but was ok.The coffee was amaaaazing, bold and strong!Wallet parking or overnight parking across the street in the garage ($12)

Staff was courteous and hotel seemed very clean.

Room 804: The bathroom sink vanity looked like a cover was removed for shelf space for towels, etc., but the hardware is still sticking up/out. The safety bar in our shower was detached from the wall at the highest end and just pushed back into the wall. The hair dryer didn’t work. Finally we booked 3 rooms and we were traveling with kids, but the hotel computers were down, which we were told made room changes difficult; so our rooms were inconveniently on 3 different floors.

Location is fairly convenient for my activities. Bed was very comfortable. Valet parking very convenient.

The restaurant was not fully manned and the food took a very long time even for a salad. One of the days there was only one valet driver and there were a lot of folks staying at the hotel that were all there for PBR so the wait for my car was very long. I called for an extra blanket and they told me they would bring it to the room, but never did so I had to go down and remind them so they could get it for me.

Very comfortable stay! Spacious suite for a good price. The view was nice and bed super comfortable! We were in town for a downtown wedding so the location was nice. We walked back from the bars in about 10 minutes.

It is valet parking only. We parked on the street just fine, but I could see how that could be an issue for some, especially if an event is going on.

My room was really big and comfortable. It had all I needed for a stopover from a long road trip. Nice hot shower and other necessary amenities. Lobby restaurant and bar has food wings and drinks with a nice vibe. Super convenient. Breakfast was also good enough. Staff was friendly Very walkable to everything.

I’ve stayed here many times and the experience is always the same, very friendly, very clean and a great breakfast.

Parking can be a little difficult at times because you park on the street or in a parking paid lot but it’s not that big of a deal.

The facilities were lovely and we have been looking for a new hotel line to stay at and with this stay we absolutely found the perfect hotel for us. The staff was incredibly helpful with date any questions or needs we had. We also loved that it had a fitness facility and coin laundry machines. I also have to say the breakfast options were really great.

I cannot think of one thing that we did not like about our stay or the facilities.

Loved the art deco style of the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great.

The room was very small. So small that we had to move the bed as far over as the built-in nightstand allowed (which was 2 or 3 inches) in order to fold out the sofa bed and let it lay down with being propped against the side of the bed. The sofa bed had misc crumbs in it so I guess it's not checked each cleaning? We left it folded out to make sure staff knew it had been used.
