The room was clean and location was convenient.

We were placed in room 301 and could hear everyone coming and going all day and night. The bed was not very comfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress in my hips. The air conditioning was subpar as it was just barely starting to warm in April we would set it to 68 and it would cool to 65 so we'd turn it up to 69 and it didn't come on again until we turned it back down to 68 after we got hot when the temperature got to 71 in the room. Also as a side note the water pressure was lacking but that's just a personal preference.

Amazing location! Easily walkable to OSU medical, Convention center, and downtown Tulsa is only a few blocks away. There was some road construction in the area but the hotel is readily accessible from the highways. Some underground parking available if storms or frost threatens your trip. Standard breakfast options.

Be aware this is a brightly lit area! You may want to bring a clothes pin to ensure that your curtains don't let in extra light at night.

The front desk staff were very helpful all the time. We didn't have much interaction with housekeeping so I can't comment on that area. Orlando, and the manager Kim went out of their way to assist us and made sure we had water to drink, it was hot outside.

I wish there was better breakfast food options such as skim milk, more tea options.

Everything was great. The room was clean, a decent size and had good lighting, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows, comfortable and most important, the A/C, quiet!

I had asked for a quiet room as I'm a very light sleeper. I'm not sure how they thought that giving me a room next to their laundry room would qualify as quiet. Had thought about asking for a room change but decided just to deal with it.

Everyone at the property was super accommodating and friendly.. they made great recommendations for places to eat and shop and even helped me remove a security tag from a purse I ordered from Walmart online. Drake, Orlando, Nicole and the manager were so nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one I know traveling to Tulsa.

I enjoyed the breakfast. And the lovely clean room and care.

I heard snoring and yelling in the next room. It didn't last long. In put a pillow over my ears. Sunday mornings I had to travel early.at 6;am. I went to have breakfast and it wasn't available until ,,7; am. I grabbed a banana and yogurt. Otherwise, my stay was awesome.

Loved the property and the rooms. We were there for a basketball tournament it was perfect. Only think is it’s really loud from the rooms to the hallway.

There was a staff member the first night we were there that was just creepy. He has bruises all over his face and he was just weird. Real creepy vibes

From check-in to check-out, the staff was fantastic. So friendly and engaging. Orlando, helped my roommate and a couple of other people in our group find a restaurant and order an UBER. I didn't catch everyone's name but they really were all helpful, always greeted us, and asked if we need anything. The room was perfect and housekeeping came in every day to make the bed and bring us towels. The convenience of being across from the convention center was a plus too. I'm a picky breakfast eater and they had a great selection to choose from. Eggs with bacon, sausage links, little ham rounds ( the rotated days with the meats, not all 3 on the same day), biscuits and gravy, waffles, various pastries and toast, cereal, or instant oatmeal. Coffee, tea, and juice were available also. I'm sure I'm missing some things but it was a lot!

The only thing I would say, and this is only a warning, not a complaint, for people with long hair or thick hair, the shower head has 2 settings and neither produces a medium to high water spray. It might take longer to rinse your hair if you're used to that. So, best to wait to take your shower if you're in a hurry!

Great location.

The elevator in the parking garage was not working which made the walk to the lobby a bit dangerous in the rain. This means the 2nd elevator in the hotel was out of order so the wait for the elevator was long at times. That’s the only complaint. Everything else was great

I enjoyed how clean it was and the breakfast options they had. The front desk people were super friendly and helped with any accommodations we needed.

The beds themselves were not very comfortable, there was some sort of metal underneath and it make noises every time you get on the bed or move on the bed all together
