The people were so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Even early in the morning, everyone was so pleasant and happy.

Overall this property was well kept, it smelled amazing when entering the hotel. However, the linens were not very clean or possibly stained. I was a little surprised, as I have never seen this in a Hilton property before. While I believe the sheets were clean, the duvet had some kind of red or orange stains underneath (I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't pull back the top).

Breakfast was okay. The biscuit gravy could use sausage and more flavor. There weren't any sweet rolls, but they did have waffles you could make. The location seems to be good for getting into Tulsa, unless road construction gets worse.

The bed was a little hard and the rooms could use better chairs in the rooms to watch TV. The temperature was a little hard to get adjusted, it seemed to vary up and down quite a bit. Maybe we didn't understand the controls very well?

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Vegan/ vegetarian/ gluten free options would be nice, as well as hot water that’s actually hot & caffeine free tea.

The staff was great. I left some items in my room. The manager and Skylar were so helpful in helping me get them back. Can't thank them enough!

It didn’t seem very well run. Upon check in we we given a room key to a room already occupied. The room we finally got was clean but not up to the standards of other Hampton Inns.

The key did not work and staff unable to resolve problem until the morning when we were leaving.

I liked the shower (versus the slippery bathtub the other time I stayed here).

The grass was full of painful stickers for my dog’s feet.

The room doors are very loud. They slam and close hard. If your asleep and people are going in and out across from your room, it will wake you up.

They would not give me a printout of my 4 day stay...they said You.. Booking.com would give me a reciept. I have no Hampton Inn receipt for our trip!!

The room was good. The place should have more than one elevator. The breakfast was way better than expected. There were biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, fruit, milk, bagels, etc. Very nice.

About 7:30 on Sunday morning a fire alarm went off and everyone was blasted out of their rooms. A fire truck came and left, but nobody turned off the alarm. I skipped the shower,packed up, dropped off the keys, and left a little early. The alarm was still going when I left.
