This is my third stay at Brut and this was the best! I absolutely love the layout of their rooms and their cleanliness is on point. Staff is exceptional. I had my hands quite full while getting out up front and a staff member noticed me and rushed out to help me carry things inside. The hotel itself is very quiet and in a nice, quiet location in downtown Tulsa. The rooftop bar and restaurant has great offerings and while I only grabbed a drink at the bar this time, I know the food is so good from past experience. Bartender was super friendly. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful room! I like the sustainable aesthetic. Staff were excellent.

We took the shuttle to BOK for P!NK which was awesome. They told us to text when we needed picked up and said it would be approx. 15 minutes. Texted at 1108. Shuttle came at about 1135, which wouldn't have been an issue other than it was cold and raining and we had to wait outside. We were soaked and very chilly by the time they got there. It may not have been their fault but might want to be more realistic with expectations. Did not receive a text back until 1132, telling us he should be there any minute. If we had known it would be 30+ minutes we would have waited inside until we knew he was on the way.

U enjoyed the pool and roof top restaurant and live music

Parking was sketchy there was a parking about 50 to 100 yards from building and was not viewable from hotel and broken glass everywhere so you knew peoples cars had been broken into. Certain areas in room looked unfinished floors and counter area like pipes were exposed and visible it kind of Cheapened the experience, I couldn't get the light un refrigerator to go out and it was a clear door that illuminated the room, lastly the was a flaw in shower or should I say leak 🤔 water would leak from hand rail on floor when shower was on literally you could see water running out wall down rail on floor.

It was close to the heart of downtown tulsa but it still had that appeal of not being in an urban area. It appeared like the staff wanted to be there. Nobody was lacking a smile whether they greeted you at the door to bringing up extra blankets. You don't get that at huge chain hotels alot. Checkout was still done in person down at the front desk and that was appreciated. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and will definitely be staying there again if I ever get back to tulsa

Older building recently repurposed and remodeled in the most elegant and modern way. Super clean and new, awesome (really excellent) rooftop restaurant and bar named “Soma”. Friendly staff - so friendly, you felt like every interaction was with someone that owns the place. Great coffee and lattes in the cafe downstairs. Pastries there too, but we didn’t indulge. Loved the friendly doorman, handling bags and greeting us at our Uber. Way exceeded my expectations all the way around.

I loved the modern decor, including polished concrete floors and counters. There are some area rugs, but the bare concrete was a little cold on the feet. Same deal with the lighting in the bathroom - super tasteful and modern but more actual light wouldn’t hurt.

I liked the "quietness" of the aesthetic.

Well, the the design is a zen, coastal vibe, which was 1. little strange to this native Californian. It seemed odd, out of place but I get that's what is on-trend for the greater population..... 2. concrete floors were not welcoming to me at all. I've been in plenty of spaces with concrete floors where it made sense. but to me, being extremely travel weary, my room's hard surfaces and the furnishings (itchy jute chair I would never sit in because it would snag my clothes) were not "soothing."

The rooms far exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated and felt like a studio apartment. Beds were comfortable and the shampoo/conditoner/body wash is fantastic. The lobby smelled amazing as well.

Minimal parking. I came back one evening and there were no parking spots available. I had to wait until a non guest left before I could park. Breakfast starting at 8am. I had to leave before 8 every morning, so I wasn’t able to enjoy breakfast on the roof.

This was a quaint little boutique hotel. They had only been open 2 months when we visited. The staff was superb and were always willing to help. I loved that it was in a quiet location but the shuttle was quick to drop us off and pick us up wherever we needed downtown. That is such a bonus. Another plus is they have a REAL coffee shop downstairs, it's not a rebranded Starbucks. We tried 4 different specials in the 3 days we were there and every single one was delicious. I love the hotel decor and although it was cold in Tulsa when we went, the outside accommodations were very welcoming. We went upstairs to the restaurant but never got to eat there, as their schedule and ours never worked for us, but I hope to go back and try it. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know, when they go to Tulsa.

I would seriously come back to Tulsa JUST to stay at The Brut. Super welcoming staff, coffee bar in the lobby and an amazing rooftop restaurant! The room was so beautiful I walked in and was blown away. It had such a tranquil vibe. It was so perfect for a work trip (or if you’re staying for any other reason too!) I honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel and ate all of my meals there haha. I’ve stayed at a lot of really beautiful hotels but this one is now my favorite. Oh and it SMELLS SO GOOD! Love their signature scent.

Truly an amazing hotel. I’ve stayed at Nobu’s that aren’t this nice. Nice little touches and thoughtful details scattered about. The raised beds and accent lighting, a la Edition hotels, beds, pillows and throw pillows—all bedding was excellent. Loved the courtyard and rooftop and location.

Honestly the entire staff I had contact with (minus the shuttle driver, who was excellent) seemed bored with their job. Replacing or training up a few of them could elevate the entire experience.
