The staff were very courteous and the hotel itself looked nice.

We got a Jacuzzi room, and there were a couple dead bugs on the floor, ceiling had a huge crack and bubble by the door where it looked like the ceiling could fall, the curtains had dirty handprints all over them and dirt on them, Jacuzzi tub drain had pieces of metal chipping off, and all the trim looked like it was falling apart around the room. For $200+ a night it was not up to standard.

Location is its biggest asset, but also I think the owners worst. I feel they are aware they have a monopoly on being the only hotel/motel for 12 miles and feel they do not need to rise to the proper standard of a hotel charging right at $200+(incl taxes and fees/+$35more/pet(near twice national average)) going thru booking sites is the only way this remotely resembles value at $110+fees/taxes+extras...

Poor maintenance and very unchecked cleaning standards..see pics..room was "KITCHENETTE" 1 burner works, 1 did not..dirt in nightstand drawer between beds...I did stay twice but feel it will be my last...staff is very friendly...owners remarks to staff and off comments which seem intended to rush guests thru either breakfast or checkout before 11am...very much potential in this property with more attention to cleanliness and maintenance...not so much as attended now...$165/night on booking site with pet fee...

Great location for what my business in Coweta was, friendly staff...glad they have a hotel/motel there in town...I'd stay again the good outlays the deficiencies for certain...

7 yrs old, which is pretty new but maintenance is lacking, more in quality of the repairs over being neglectful...the rooms window was very dirty with obvious finger art(not sure of the medium) from previous guests, peeling paint above the shower, lobby bathroom corners dirty, light bulbs out in bathroom of room...non operational ice machine in lobby and none on 2nd floor where vending/ice sign suggests one is. A way better value booked online as opposed to pay at the desk when you arrive cost...owner discussing penalty fees with new hire in presence of guests lends a little merit to it being solely about the bottom line than the experience of the stay...I will add the staff were all very friendly as was the owner....still a 'decent' place to stay.

All the staff was very nice and helpful, the gentleman how worked the morning shift was great. I have an autistic adult son and he was very excited to go to breakfast every morning, since he would greet my son and ask him if he liked what he was having.

loved the cleanliness of the facility including the room. I’m my 5 night stay I only had one incident of a “cold” response from the front desk staff and tbh it was the last night I stayed. overall.. I would def stay here again. the breakfast was great, all but one encounter with staff was great. I highly recommend staying here.

my only negative was the front desk gal on my last nights stay (was there for 5 nights). she made it feel like I was bothering her to ask for pool towels since there was only one left. But she made it all goochie by providing ample towels within 10 minutes. (I just did not like her making me feel like I was a hindrance/bother/issue when I was paying for a five night stay).

The breakfast was always good with a good variety. Enjoyed the pool and the gym. The breakfast had a good variety. The staff was always helpful and friendly. This facility just made us feel like home. Very comfortable.

Breakfast could have been a little fresher and biscuits were not available. Waiting for their truck to arrive with supplies. The location was great for my family activities.

First night I had noisy neighbors that kept bumping the wall. Not in a loving way.

We booked a disability suite and it was changed when we got there causing issues for my husband. We were taken care of but still shouldn’t have happened. Breakfast wasn’t kept full so when food was bought out, it was immediately empty again and ran out of breakfast meat on our last day.

It was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff made the difference because they were so friendly and helpful when I (and my pets) were highly stressed out from a long trip out of a hurricane zone. I loved that it was within minutes of my grandchildren and they could have a swim.
