Overall, I had a good stay here. The hotel was newer, fairly large, and clean. The staff were polite and friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was basic but nice. The parking lot was in good shape, felt safe, and had plenty of available spots. The hotel was in a good location in Broken Arrow, across from a Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and near a lot of restaurants. Overall, it was pretty quiet despite having a fair number of guests. The AC worked exceptionally well on some hot days.

The room got very bright very early in the morning. The window had blinds but no black-out curtains, which meant it let in a lot of light from the parking lot at night and from the sun during the day. The breakfast changed slightly each morning, with French toast one morning and fixings for a breakfast sandwich another, but, like most hotels nowadays, the quality of the food was terrible. The mini-fridge in my room was crammed full of adult beverages that a previous guest had left behind.

The room was quiet and quite nice. The pool and hot tub were also large and quite nice. The pool is an indoor/outdoor, which I've only seen once before. They are connected and you can swim from the inside to the ouside. The free breakfast offers a good variety and is open from 6:30 - 9:30, giving you ample time no matter what plans you have. They also offer a shuttle to & from the airport, which was perfect as it was a family reunion, 2 of us drove and the other flew in.

The elevator is a little slow but that's definitely not a reason to not stay at the hotel.

Our smaller second floor room was comfortable, beds were soft and fluffy, breakfast was great although I wish they could have answered if the potatoes were gluten-free and I wish they could offer some gluten-free oatmeal or other options. Occasionally, when we stay here we get offered upgrades, but we have been happier with the smaller room since the upgrades on the third floor and on the sunny side, have been bigger, more used, perhaps by families with pets, and have been less comfortable for us.

Although we always enjoy the hot tub and pool, some care could be given to improving cleanlines.

It is like a rustic hunting lodge type of style. We had a hot tub in our room. My boyfriend is 6” 4 and we were both able to fit into it. My mom is in the hospital so my boyfriend wanted to do something nice for me. This place is absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean and everything was nice.

I could not get in touch with anybody to do a late check out. When we did finally check out there’s a long line so it took a good 30 minutes for me to leave when I normally just drop off my key and go. Now I will give it to the girl at the front desk. It was not her fault. There was a guest that was being a jerk About charges on his card. So I took a minute. But dropping off your key would be nice

I wish the rating went up to 15. This hotel had so much thoughtful decor and hospitable personality. The room was clean and quiet, the property felt private, and you can do laundry. Everything other hotels have, plus things the others don't like unique decor, a bar with good music, multiple spaces and overlooks, really good TV with lots of channels, comfy seating, and optional in-room jacuzzi tubs. Great for couples, families, a work trip, solo travel, pets, really anything.

There was a little musty smell in just two locations, one in the shower area and the other by an antique fireplace in one of the public spaces.

The whole place was very warm very inviting and cozy. The room had plenty of towels , large shampoo and actually had conditioner and body wash. The complimentary coffee bar aloud you to have more than 1 cup of coffee, needs a mini fridge or microwave? Don’t worry the room has it. Want to go walk around and leave the room ? Go ahead and relax in the sitting area by the fire and watch tv or go to the library. There is something to do for everyone right on sight.

They are pet friendly but it would have been a nice touch to have a pet station outside for potty breaks.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Still overall was nice to have something in the morning for the kiddos. I wish they had more options for breakfast. They mainly served sausage which when I bit into had rocks or bones in it most of the time. Fruit was always the same and bananas looked like they had been there several days. Fresh melon or or waffles would’ve been nice! Pancakes were chewy. Also the elevator inspection was out by a several months. I think this was just an oversight.

I booked this hotel as a gift for my cousins from Austin, TX. They were coming to Broken Arrow to attended my husband's Celebration of Life gathering following his recent passing. My cousin's husband has been very ill. I needed this to be a small getaway for them too. They really enjoyed their stay. They appreciated the choices for simple breakfasts, the clean rooms and the convenient location. I will certainly be happy to recommend this hotel to others coming to Broken Arrow.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last month. We love the hot tub suite. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. Rooms have been ready as designated check in time. We always went down and enjoyed a couple drinks in the lounge/bar. Courtney has been our bartender both times. She is wonderful. Attentive, funny and engaging. We will be back soon

Need key access to the outside doors so we don’t have to trek down the sometimes long hallways to elevators or stairs. Most of the side access doors where locked which I like for safety reasons but for ease it would be nice to have a closer entrance for rooms on the ends of the buildings

I like staying here when I am in town because the pool is great, the bar and all staff are welcoming, and the breakfast is great (even for gluten-free) This particular stay was not as comfortable as previously, but I didn't ask to change rooms since they had upgraded me but I am sure they would have tried to accommodate if I had reported earlier that there was an issue with the room A/C. I simply turned it off and slept better. I was happy that after my concern was raised the next day, they were responsive and dealt with the situation in a satisfactory manner. I will stay here again.

I could not address an issue immediately since going up the chain of command took time but overall there wasn't anything I didn't like and I would definitely return.
