Convenient and clean, triple sheeted bed linens

The towels were thin and for a future visit I would request a room away from the Hwy. There was also an odd mixup with our room. I was told we had Room 251 and was given key cards in the little envelope marked 251, but the room # circled on the hotel map was 253. When we entered 251, there was luggage and personal items already in the room. Thank goodness the occupants were not there!!! We quickly exited and tried the key card at 253 which did not work. I called the front desk and was told our room was 261 but the card did not work there either. The front desk attendant had to bring new key cards to us for 261 but did not wait to make sure the card worked. (It did). Rather confusing!

We planned to drive home to Boise after a day of skiing at Anthony Lakes. However, the weather turned and the interstate wasn't safe so we decided to stay. We looked at a few properties and we were so glad we stayed here. They were friendly, the rooms was really nice, and the breakfast was great. I appreciated the scrambled eggs and sausages as I am so tired of just pastries and cereal as options. We did not stay long so we didn't get to enjoy the extra amenities (hot tub, etc); we also didn't have clothes for anything else. We'll stay here again!

Booking and check in was easy. The room was exceptionally clean with what looked like new covers for the bed and new towels. The breakfast area was set up nicely and a good variety of choices (including fresh fruit). The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool looked inviting and very clean. Parking was easy and the parking lot had Tesla chargers (we left our Tesla at home due to many problems finding chargers on long trips).

The only complaint was that the shower water wasn't hot and almost wasn't warm.

The staff was very friendly and got is into our room quickly. The rooms are exactly as they are pictured, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Their continental breakfast was actually really good as well.

I only wish you had an indoor pool so my kids could swim, but really not that big of a deal.

The staff was great, continental breakfast impressive, the pool and grounds were beautiful with lots of flowers, and the rooms seemed to have newer carpet and had been updated! And, excellent value! Will definitely be back!

The only downside for this place is that from the outside in the parking lot it looks a bit older, but once inside it clearly is updated and nice.

A nice motel next to the Interstate for our one night stop over in Baker City. The room was comfortable and clean. In the afternoon when we arrived we visited the Baker Heritage museum which cost around $8 admission and was well worth it with some fascinating displays about the Oregon trail. Later we we drove to the historic downtown Baker City where there are a few restaurants and ate in the Main Event Sports bar where I had the best Cobb salad ever. We didn't use the pool area but it looked very well maintained and pretty.

The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel which I think is run independently. We sat at the bar and ordered a drink and waited an age and it was very expensive.

Your people who ensured everything at the buffet were fantastic! The food was too level and we are heartily. Although you advertised omelets made to order and we did not see that? Was it there and we missed it?

Facilities are getting somewhat run down, our bathroom moulding was separating from the wall and maybe a screen on the slider would have been nice.

Location was quiet, nice courtyard for the pool but closed, bed very comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub, nice selection of breakfast items. We booked just before arriving, no elevator so double check they have ground level rooms if you can’t carry your luggage up stairs.

The parking lot light above our room window was annoying. It could use. Shield so it doesn’t shine in the room. Black out curtains helped.

The clean rooms and the front desk was friendly and helpful and moved room to closer to front location. The spa room was great ....much needed relaxation. Bfast area was large and food was better then expected...good selections, hot food was great

The Booking company provided an incorrect contact number and address. When I called, and elderly woman answered. She was confused as to why I was contacting her. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean.
