It was close to the hospital. It was clean. It was comfortable.

First room … the desk person had to open the door for us “We ran out of key cards.” But there were no curtains and it was ground floor, where the people in the courtyard could see right in. Went immediately to switch rooms, and he gave me a key card. Strange! Second room… At least looked clean and had curtains, but my son and I would not sit on the chair, because it was old and crusty with holes in it. While the beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were lumpy. Didn’t even know that was a thing.

The staff was great! Our room was very clean! They even supplied me with a USB adapter, I forgot mine at home. Centrally located for Beaverton & Portland. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend this place to friends & relatives. If you add BBQ's in the old pool area people could plan ahead & bring something to BBQ & eat there with paper plates & napkins versus going out to eat. Just a thought. ☺️

On the web site they show a pool, it is now filled with concrete. A very nice sitting area with tables tho, they could add a bbq or 2 maybe. Bring an adapter with you.

Michelle, Property Mgr., and her Front Office Support Staff, are an extension her Model to Follow…Courteous, Engaging, Professional and HAPPY to assist Hotel Guests…I was extremely impressed with the Maintenance Staff also: always responding to requests or needs… The Value is one thing, yet the Location, Quietness, Convenience (Highways, Restaurants), and Management made the Comfortability a GREAT stay at the Pepper Tree Inn!! I liked the price we paid. The area was convenient. Good selection of TV channels.

It would have been nice to know that they take a deposit. We weren't notified until we checked in. It doesn't say anything about one in any of the paperwork or their website. It would be nice if it came with more pillows or if the pillows were not flat like pancakes. Saw some sketchy stuff, like prostitution, 3 to 4 women in a room with a man, they were dressed for the streets. They were in and out all night.

The employees were friendly, the room and grounds were clean and tidy. It was a central location close to travel and convenient. The air conditioning unit in the room worked great but was noisy. You could tell that they took pride and making sure their facility grounds were safe and appealing.

No continental breakfast, there was coffee in the room and at front desk.

I can tell that the minimal staff were working real hard to keep the place up with what short resources they had.

The furniture such as the table and dresser tops were definitely worn and scratched. So even though the room was clean, the environment felt like I needed to place something over the surfaces before putting my stuff on it. The TV remote was sticky so I wiped it entirely with my own hand sanitizer. Beyond that though, the floor and bathroom were visually clean.

i do like it i will refer some friendes and family also talk to that guys with usa army tshirt to be more friendly,property clean also to have rules some customer too low and smoke on the porch

I loved how quiet it is here, despite the proximity to the freeway. There was construction on the freeway, the off ramp, and the road near by, yet it was quiet. It is also close to major shopping and dining areas and to the local hospital. For the price, the value was superb!

Parking for some rooms is not in front of the rooms and there is not a restaurant within walking distance.

price location and the front desk people are very nice and they have complementary toothpaste its a good thing that might seem dumb but I often forget mine and have to buy more

I don't have any complaint, maybe an extra wash cloth there is only one provided for a single guest
