The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean! Even though the property was not brand new, everything was gleaming- even the interior of the elevator. I could tell someone was placing emphasis on cleanliness and managing the staff well who did the cleaning.

We stayed here because it was down the street from the folks we came to visit. It was close and clean and the staff respectful so it served the purpose. Linens were also nice!

Good location, with some quiet areas at the back of the property (Portland College). Absolutely walking distance. Spacious rooms, clean. A pool and little gym. Good value for the money.

Of course like all hotels in the US, apart from the very expensive, the breakfast is not really edible. Too much sweet stuff, no real bread or cheese or ham.

Location was central to our needs and friends we were visiting. The room was lovely, clean and well presented and coffee, tea and condiments were appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff meet all our needs.

Nothing - we were extremely happy with everything - thanks to all staff. I brought my husband from Australia to Portland to visit my family and friends who live in Portland. He was very impressed with our stay and we have rebooked for our departure from Portland in 2 and a half weeks. We are definitely coming back. Thank you again for everyone’s effort.

We were traveling for surgery at OHSU. The property was easily accessed, easy parking, Front desk staff so nice. We were so stressed and exhausted and grateful to be there.

This is picky but a couple handles on the dresser were missing. Otherwise no complaints. Definitely would return and Reccommend

Large room with lots of outkets! Great breakfast, and the staff was very nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Great location for our visit- a but tricky to locate at first though.

A nit - this room, like so many others, only had one waste basket.

The breakfast room was staffed by a lovely woman who greeted everyone and kept the food offerings and supplies replenished.There was a variety of hot items and cold items each morning, as well as plenty of hot drink and juice options. The indoor pool was large and there was a hot tub - which was perfect for entertaining our five year old grandson.

It was quite and just a few minutes out of downtown made all the difference. The pull out hide a bed was great for one of our kids. Breakfast was filling and one less meal we had to buy.

It was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable, and the hot tub and pool was a great way to unwind after a long days travel.

The wall paper seem to be peel at every place you looked.
