The motel was very clean and everything worked how it was supposed to. It was in a good area. It was also very quiet. Very little outside noise. Ultimately a well priced and clean motel.

I didn't prefer the bed. It was very firm. I couldn't find conditioner either. I am assuming they just accidentally put two shampoos instead of a shampoo and a conditioner. One of the bathroom lights were out as well. All of this is trivial stuff, and didn't end up taking away from my experience as a whole.

Our room was very clean and very spacious; we love the free parking right next to our hotel door. Wifi was a bit spotty, had to keep reconnecting. The lady at check-in was very nice.

The smell when we walk into the room. I would give this place a 10 except for the smell. To me it smells like a room from the 50s that was HEAVILY smoked in. I’m sure they’ve tried everything to get rid of it but it’s just that old, musty smell. Also there is quite a bit of freeway noise. But I would stay here again, trying a different room.

This is a cute, clean little motel. It was quiet and convenient. The staff was very helpful on check-in with suggestions for breakfasts.

Unfortunately, the only heating and cooling are in the main room. This means that if you want privacy, the bedroom and the bathroom are very cold by morning.

The motel is charming and very clean--so much cleaner and nicer than the chain motels, at a great price! The person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

The heater in the room, even at its lowest setting of 58 degrees, made the (small) room so suffocatingly hot I kept needing to get up in the night and turn the heater off, and then later turn it back on. But we were there at an unusually cold time (low teens), so perhaps that was why.

Closest we could find to West Moreland/Sellwood area where we were visiting. Easy friendly checking. Clean, spacious, quiet room. Full size refrigerator (we were traveling with two ice chests of food and beverages). Convenient access to good breakfast cafe across the street and I5 South.

The kitchen area consisted of a specialty single cup coffee maker. No other dishes, utensils, pots or pans. This is noted on the website. If you plan on using the stove and/or microwave or having a cup of tea - bring your own tools.

I did some research on hotels in this location and this location was the only closest one to my job during the winter ice storm of December 2022. I read past reviews and was a little hesitant, still decided to try it. I stayed for 3 days. Upon arrival I was completely blown away by the cleanliness, the modern updates PLUS the fridge, stove top and microwave included! The room was clean and sufficient for what I needed. This property has taken a turn for the best! The property was clean and the rooms clean as well!

Much better than a standard roadside motel. This is mainly due to the fact that the rooms were recently renovated and very spacious. Nothing out of the ordinary or special, but clean and comfortable, which is what you should desire from such a property.

The main complaint is that you can hear the freeway from the room. I can't say this bothered us at night, but that is probably due to the fact that we were tired.

Room was exceptionally spacious, very clean, & the beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Grounds were well kept & there was a even tub of cheerful daffodils. Great place for an overnight stay. Nice kitchen & private bedroom in the suite. If you need a reasonable place to sleep, this fits well.

Location is between the freeway & a busy boulevard so it's not a place to go for the outdoor space or ambience. It is reasonably quiet with for sleep windows closed though.. Opaque windows let light in but you can't see out.

Met my 3C criteria. Clean, comfortable, and cost effective. I always look for motels where I can back my rig up and offload my necessities for the evening, and not have to lug my belongings through a lobby, get on an elevator, then walk down a long hallway to get to my room. Although the room was a bit dated, it was well maintained and very clean. Not far off I-5 with little dining choices nearby but you can always drive to get a good meal.

Maid service every day. Bed made, trash emptied and clean towels and wash cloth. And refrigerator had a little freezer. Fresh coffee packs every day too. Bed was comfortable.

Had no ice machine as far as I could see. And no container for it.
