The hotel sits right on the bank of the river, and it is a beautiful view! The room was quiet and large, but excellent for the price. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean.

Firstly, there were some amenities that were missing: there was no safe in the room, nor robes, there was almost no towel racks in the bathroom. The balcony could have used a good cleaning. I requested maid service one of the days I was there, and they didn’t replace the tp. The hotel is located in an area undergoing redevelopment, and there are only a few restaurants etc within walking distance. Much of this is rather pedantic, though.

Cute hotel on the bank of the Willamette River. Every morning you can watch the rowers go by from the balcony! There is a walking/running trail along the river. Comfortable bed and you can go down to the restaurant and get coffee drinks and wine to take to the room. Employees seemed to be always cleaning something! Very nice.

$29 for parking in this part of Portland is a lo5 given the cost of the room. Distance from other restaurants means that you must eat in the hotel restaurant with its limited menu.

nice room friendly staff, having a car parking fee is excessive (build it into the room price). Service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good. Wish there were a few more menu choices.

The bathtub had hair and was not cleaned. I was really looking forward to soaking after moving my daughter into dorm. ☹️ Location did not seem safe for solo lady to walk alone outside at night/from parking lot--isolated area along river.

Location is both quietly tucked away and a stones throw from pretty much everything you would want to do in the greater Portland area. A five minute walk up the river walk puts you in the area of a bunch of quick bites should you not want to drive out anywhere.

Seems like there is a lot of potential in waiting with the forthcoming renovations. There was nothing outwardly BAD about our stay, but it did feel limited with any kind of amenities or options and some furniture and decor felt like it was showing its age.

Friendly staff, quiet, had an on-site restaurant/bar with great food. Was within walking distance of the clinic that I was in town to visit.

No candy or soda vending machines on the floors, you had to go down to the lobby mini-store to purchase either item. There were ice machines on each floor.

Great location. An oasis of rest at the end of our road trip. I have mobility challenges and the hotel was so disability friendly!!

Location was great and we loved seeing the river from our room. The walking path behind the property along the river was an unexpected bonus.

Took a very long time for the water to get warm. We did not want to waste that much running water.

Beautiful, quiet property along the River. Love that you can walk/bike along the river walk and that the rooms have balconies. The best was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious.
