Great breakfast, wonderful staff, nice room. Excellent location.

Handicap parking full. At check-in the staff did not describe/explain what I was paying for (parking, pet, room rate, etc), they just swiped my card and asked to sign, I thought that was a little strange. The mobility in the room was not great; the shower stool broke while I was sitting on it, and not enough grab bars throughout the bathroom which was very large. The wifi required you to create a Marriott Bonvoy account, which we prefer not to for privacy. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The room was mostly clean but we kept finding long hairs that weren't ours in the couch and on the floor.

Since I had my little Dachshund with me I needed to have access to my car. I did NOT want valet parking so this location turned out to be perfect. The price was very reasonable and the rooms were large as well as quiet. The location was easily accessable to everything including the interchanges and bridges. Felt safe.

I called the front desk to ask for an early arrival and they could not locate my reservation anywhere even though I was looking directly at the email confirmation. I also provided the confirmation number. I had to sit in my car and call booking.com who in turn found out that it was entered with my first name as my last even though that is not how I entered it online. If the person I spoke with had taken the time to look for it that way she would have found it.

Breakfast is not that great😡, scrambled eggs are completely blend and not a good variety, no bacon and same blend food, rate 1-10 across all the food is 1 at best. Parking is extra, expensive and not mentioned on the online reservation and NOT SAFE AT ALL

Spacious room, even with kitchen, although we didn't use it. The hotel is by the river, which was really nice. The bed was also very comfortable.

The parking fee was way to much, $39 for one day, and all the plastic 'silverware' and paper plates for the breakfast were really too bad for the environment. I didn't expect that in a good hotel like this.

The breakfast was well-stocked and varied. The room was amazing and generally comfortable. The hotel is very well taken care of and the staff was cheerful and helpful.

Parking is convenient but seems too expensive. Plus, an individual could ostensibly just walk and drive a car out. So, one questions the security. Breakfast was great but would love more vegetables and fruit. The couch in our room was not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time.

Jillian, and Judith at the front desk were amazing, and Louis in the kitchen staff was an angel! I missed breakfast (EVERYday) and Louis packed up some cereal and a muffin for me and made a fresh pot of coffee on the second day of my stay!!!! That is going above and beyond!!!!

Honestly I didn't like that i had to miss breakfast every single day of my extended stay because breakfast was offered too early for me and over so quickly. I know it's "free"-but that 'free' breakfast charge is built into the cost of my room-so it would be nice to have a different price for people who can not take part in the 'free' buffet. Also, the mini market was bare every single day that I was there. It had drinks-but i was not looking for drinks!

I liked that a suite was basically the same price as a regular room. Having a mini kitchen and full size refrigerator was nice. Saved a little money not having to eat out for every meal. Only stayed 2 night but definitely helped with the cost. Breakfast was night too. Wish it went a bit later. Teenagers always b sleeping lol

Need better or more variety of pots and pans. Can opener was an old style can opener that did not work.

Good well appointed rooms. Breakfasts were good with a nice variety. We were assisting a relative with post surgical recovery. The staff was very helpful. The Portland street car system runs right past the hotel. A $5 day pass gets you on the whole transit system. Very good connections to shopping in the city center and medical offices along the waterfront. There is a cable car which goes to the hospital up on the hill just down the street. The waterfront park is pleasant. Uber and Lyft drivers are plentiful.

I had a fantastic stay! The room exceeded my expectations in both cleanliness and space, making it very comfortable. It was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me as I was traveling with my dog. Additionally, the availability of parking was very convenient, adding to the hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Location is perfect

Having a room that is handicapped accessible, the bathtub was not accessible, and the toilet was too low. And the couch was too difficult for my mother who has a hard time getting up off of low furniture it was too low and and to laid back. Not great for someone that has a hard time standing.
