No parking and pool

The location is in the downtown Portland easily accessible by the frequent red line rail from the airport. The rooms are pleasant and clean. There are a lot of restaurants around for trying out different cuisines. Overall it was nice stay.

The breakfast option was limited. It would have been great if the kitchen offered some variation in the breakfast menu on daily or alternate day basis.

The staff was amazing, very nice, friendly & the valet parking staff was super friendly & had our vehicle up in a timely matter. Opening all doors for passengers was a plus! Also the safety locked hotel & needing to scan room card to enter hotel after certain hours was a plus

That we originally saw the price online for one price & once we got to check in they gave us a different price so it was a little more than expected.

The King bed was super comfortable. The sofa bed was not...but it was ok. The location was easy to get to, and well located within where we were going while in Portland. The valets were helpful and courteous - they were the most contact we had with hotel staff and we appreciated them.

The in-room garbage cans were miniscule - so it was tough to throw take out trays away and there was no microwave to heat things up. Also, for a King room with sofa bed - booked for 2 nights, only having 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy. On the upside, the coffee was good!

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the workout room.

We were a party of 3 and there aren't enough places to hang towels in the bathroom after use, if we want to reuse them. We felt bad for the girl working the breakfast area on Saturday. She was the only one working out front and the area was full and the food was running low. She could have used more help.

Loved the location, close by amenities, city park, and transit. The hotel was really clean and designed nicely. Rooms feel up to date and high end. Breakfast was great, better than standard buffet but is $15 USD.

Front desk staff could have been more helpful but was ok. I had to ask a lot of questions instead of them providing useful info and details.

The rooms were very good and we liked how much sound proofed they were.

We booked through booking.com and made a special request for a room on the highest floor possible and were only placed on the second floor. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and was hoping for more.

Very nice, so quiet inside especially being downtown. The most comfortable hotel bed I think I have ever had.

The valet parking- it is hard to park initially to check in. But the smart park garage is literally across the street. Save yourself $30

My daughter stayed at the Marriott Portland Downtown during her visit to Portland, She was fully satisfied with everything at the hotel itself and its location . Thank you very much to the hotel staff.

Nothing really. The area felt a little unsafe at night, but I think that is any big city with a homeless population
