Only the location was cool owners seemed pissed to help you I was told I could check in early but when I got there I was given improper info on price they almost didn’t accommodate no electricity in bathroom

Location is good, sheets were clean, across from the Original Pancake House.

When I checked in there was a stack of photocopies of driver’s licenses on the counter, it didn’t make me feel safe about having them take a copy of mine. I was required to pay a $25 cash deposit (not sure what for- they had my card number) that was not advertised as necessary, the clerk did not give me a receipt for that and it was not returned to my adult son when he checked out for me while I was at a conference- even though he returned the keys, they had my cell number and I asked for 2 keys and also noted that there were 2 of us in the room. There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was shimmed up with cardboard and latex gloves- and fell down when showering. The furnace in the room (not heater, floor to ceiling furnace) had the lower door off and propped against it as if they were working on it-and made an extremely loud rattling noise when it came on in the middle of the night.
