Breakfast was better than many hotels and fortunately had eggs and bacon and decent coffee and fruit.

Several machines in the workout room did not work. Also there was a room deposit of $100 that was paid on check-in and will for some reason not be refunded for several days. I have not seen that before nor do I understand the reason for that.

This property was convenient to where my family lives. I was smacked up in the middle. It was a perfect location, although the windows could definitely use some insulation.

The only thing I did not like about the property is that that there was no wine opener at the front desk to borrow. Everything else is perfect.

Staff was very nice! My dad forgot his insulin in the refrigerator and we didn’t notice until after check out. I called and they were really helpful in trying to find it or ask the housekeepers if it had been thrown away.

It’s close to the freeway so you hear some noise, but it’s not bad at all.

Everything was nice and the staff was helpful. I loved their sign... It's so true! Let's be kind for the ones that show up.

There was a weird scent on the hallway and the potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly. I did mention it to the lady in charge but I don't think she was really concerned with my comment.

 this used to be the Phoenix in and is currently being transformed to the best western plus. They have completely redone everything! All the bedrooms have brand, new furniture, brand, new flooring, which is wood, not carpet, which I love for sanitary reasons! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is wonderful for walking our dog, getting a great meal at the Oswego Grille, Trader Joe’s is down the street, and the freeway is easily accessible. 

The only reason I gave it a nine instead of a 10 was because the breakfast wasn’t really great. I think they are just getting going, so I’m certain it will improve in the future.

The staff were really nice. The hotel located right by the freeway so it was easy to find and get back in the freeway to go home. The room was clean and real nice.

I was in a room that was right next to the elevator, so I didn’t sleep very well because of the noise of the elevator.

Helpful staff, clean room, clean spa/pool, breakfast buffet was very adequate

I was told twice that I could bring my cat only to be told no upon arrival. I had to drive 30 miles round trip at 10:30pm to drop my cat off with a relative during my stay.

Breakfast was great. Eggs, ham/sausage/bacon on different days, potatoes, and the sausage gravy. Great selection of bread, bagels, fresh fruit and yogurt. Kids loved the waffle station.

We normally book at this location. There is a gas station within walking distance and other amenities nearby.

The staff seemed bothered or annoyed most of our stay. There weren't many options for breakfast. There were also doing construction during our stay. My daughter ended up getting sick and napped during the day and there were loud construction noises (banging, and cutting machines) in the room right next to us. We can physically see the wall moving from where they were remodeling the room next to us.

Location was perfect for my conference at the Home Builder's Association coffee was good, breakfast needed work, but I appreciated the variety of milks

would have been nice to have yogurt without artificial sweeteners, and some cereal. :-)
